Rosie's Team always does a wonderful job. They clean what is requested, and leave the house smelling really good.

Rosie and her crew REALLY do a great job. Very thorough and dependable. The only challenge is the language barrier since most of the cleaners don't speak English, so it made communication a bit difficult. But overall I would HIGHLY recommend them!

They worked with our schedule. Were fairly prompt (just a littel late) and did a fantastic job cleaning. The only reason I gave them a B on professionalism was #1) a bit tardy showing up and #2) the lanuage barrier made it a bit difficult adding tasks or explaining specif cleaning requirements. No worries though. Next time I'll have everything written in advance. I would definitely use them again.

Rosie is an excellent professional. We had a slight mix up on the day she was supposed to clean, but she readily fixed that and came the next day. I used Rosie with an Angies List coupon so it was outstanding service at an excellent price. I did ask for a quote for a monthly clean, but the quote was a good deal higher than anyone else had quoted me. If you want professional excellent housekeeping service, Rosie would be a good choice. However, I can't use her because her monthly cleaning quote was too high for me.

I do wish I had Spanish or Portuguese language skills, as I felt I couldn't really communicate with them as I needed to. I think they would nod that they understood what I said when in actuality they were only getting a word here or there. Certainly not unusual at any time when people with two different native languages are trying to communicate. I started by pointing out that I didn't need any carpets vacuumed, that my husband would be doing that for me (which made them smile.) and then I pointed out the bathrooms, wood laminate floors and sliding glass doors. I was asked if there was anything on the upper floor. I said "yes" and took them upstairs and showed them the 2 bathrooms there, as well as the wood laminate hallway and stairwell. (I didn't want anything done in the bedrooms up there as they are unoccupied and I had no guests coming any time soon. There were lots of boxes stacked in a couple of the rooms, etc. as my adult children have been gradually getting their things out. The bathrooms hadn't been cleaned since they moved out so I simply wanted those done more thoroughly than had been done by my kids. ) The team said they would start the cleaning up there. I went on downstairs into my office and worked and my husband was also in his office, but I left my door open so I could monitor and be available for questions. I heard and saw bodies passing my door and I stayed out of their way as I did my own work. I hoped much of this cleaning project could be accomplished in the allotted time. After some length of time, one young woman (I believe her to be the 'lead' of the team) came to my office with "a problem" and she seemed very concerned. She told me about broken glass. I thought she meant she had broken a glass up in a bathroom and I said to just throw it away, no worries. But then she wanted to know what to do with the 'table'. Once I understood that she was talking about a rattan table with a glass top (I have three rattan tables and a couch upstairs), I just told her to not worry about it and to put the broken glass in the garbage outside. I couldn't imagine how it got broken, as they weren't even supposed to be in any other rooms but the bathrooms, but at that point I realized I couldn't really communicate with her very well and I let it go. I didn't want to waste any of the 'four hours of labor' by trying to communicate about a piece of broken glass and I guessed that perhaps they had put some of their cleaning tools and supplies in that room and accidentally dropped a mop handle or something on one of the end tables. I decided not to make a big deal out of it and assured her not to worry...the tables were older and accidents can happen. At this point, I looked at the clock and then went online and looked at my original communication with Rosie. I figured that my ' wishlist' was not going to be done in the limited time frame anyway, so I continued to stay out of their way so they could get the most done possible. After a while, I saw them then go into the master for the two bathrooms in there. (Yes, we have a his and hers:) I knew they were barely going to have time left to do those two rooms and would simply not get to the wood floors or windows in the dining, library, bar and lounge, nor the sliding glass doors. I heard the vacuum and hurried in to say 'no vacuum' again. (We have very deep shag carpets and it takes a vacuum with a special tool in order to protect the fibers from getting caught in wheels and rollers or beaten flat. They seemed very puzzled but I didn't try to explain.) Next, Rosie called me saying something about them not having enough time and I offered to pay more, if necessary, for them to complete the tasks since I had been wrong about my timing estimate. She wanted to know if I would have them come back in 2 weeks. I told her I would call her. I was disappointed that it wouldn't all be done that day. However, I did understand that they had other commitments. Right when they were walking out of the master bedroom, the team leader asked me about the kitchen and I reminded her that I only wanted the floors done in there. They worked in there for a bit and then she came to tell me they were finished. I walked them down to their suv and said thanks. I knew I should have spotless bathrooms since they had been in them all that time and I was looking forward to my clean kitchen floor.. As I walked back through the house, I was pleasantly surprised to see they had indeed cleaned all the wood laminate floors in the kitchen, bar and lounge and the windows looked wiped down too. (So I only missed all the sliding glass doors getting cleaned in this area.:) I went upstairs to check the bathrooms and look at the table with the broken glass and was stunned to find they had actually cleaned ALL the bedrooms, as well! I had not wanted them to spend the time, but was certainly pleased with the result, even though they must have spent a lot of time moving boxes around.. (This explained why they had been upstairs so long.) Two of the rooms upstairs have MANY stacks of boxes (stacked on the floor and up pretty high), filled with books and heavy stuff my kids need to take to their places at some point. I then discovered that the coffee table in the small bedroom we have set up as little tv room/office was missing. The glass-top coffee table. Puzzled by this missing table, I then had a light bulb go off about the 'broken glass'. I went back downstairs and solved the mystery... there it was, the missing table, standing on end next to the garbage can outside. THIS was the table with the 'broken glass' top. But the table, which is beautiful, heavy weight rattan and not broken, clearly did not need to be thrown away. I simply need to replace the glass. I guess my instructions weren't easily translated about the glass and table. Not a big deal. I will say this: I would never have thought that anyone would even consider putting heavy boxes on a small glass-top table. And I never wanted anyone even IN that room, so it never occurred to me to point out the glass tables and that there should be nothing stacked on any of them. The room itself was full of stacks of boxes and can't really be used by anyone and I hadn't asked that the room be cleaned. I had only specified the two bathrooms on that floor. But again, another 'lost in translation' thing,. NOT a big thing, Now I am sure someone might say I should have stayed involved, supervised them and followed them around to avoid such accidents. I have never needed to do that when someone worked in my home, I was not able to do that due to my own work that day and I don't believe I should have to do that, anyway. Accidents happen and so does miscommunication. I am only giving these details so that someone else might be aware of the need to be very specific, even if it means using pointing and sign language to make sure the tasks are clear. I assumed there was a clear understanding. I should not have assumed. My fault. Unless you speak the language, you need to be sure you are clear. As for the rest of the cleaning...everything was beautiful. The master bedroom was spotless (though again, I had not asked for it to be cleaned at all and I hope they didn't throw out any papers or receipts my husband was leaving around the room. LOL. Had I wanted that room cleaned, I would have removed any papers or articles that I/he would want to keep but that someone else might consider to be trash.) The bathrooms and mirrors were beautiful. So I got great work from Rosie's team. I didn't get everything cleaned that I had originally wanted cleaned, but they certainly did a beautiful job on all the areas that WERE cleaned and yes I would hire them again! Thanks Rosie:)

Perfect! House was spotless! They went way beyond what I expected!

It was a great service. They rescheduled with me couple of times because I travel and my schedule changes so they are very flexible in their scheduling. They came with lot of people. They were here much longer than they had anticipated and they did a great job. I would use them again in the future.

They did a very good job. Everything was sparkling clean when they left. They were going to stay for four hours but I didn't have four hours of cleaning to do. They were late because they have gotten a lot of response but when they came they got busy. They really dusted everything and cleaned very well. I think the price for what they did was good.

They knew what to do and did not need me watching over them. I like that! UPDATE: none of the cabinets or the pantry were cleaned. This was reported by the new tenant.

We've had Rosie cleaning our house for several visits now. Sometimes Rosie is with the team, sometimes not. Regardless, they do a fantastic job cleaning everything from top to bottom, even washing sheets and making the bed! The first visit was higher (about $300) but the house really needed a good deep cleaning. The subsequent visits are $160. We are very pleased with the service and will continue using.

very superficial touch up, no baseboard or light switch cleaning or much that I could appreciate

This was a "big deal". I have not had a professional clean my house for about 20 years. We have done it ourselves. I had a group coming over for a party so I thought $99.00 for a house cleaning would be a treat and help my wife and I. I read the fine print and understood that it covered 4 hours of cleaning. The deal said it was a $280 value. I would clean the house myself if it cost that much. I got a quick response from the owner on the deal and a crew of 3 showed up punctually as agreed. They said they would start upstairs and went to work. After about 1 hour they asked if they could use my vacuum as they had broken a belt on theirs. About 1 and 1/2 hour, they were beginning to work on the downstairs. They crew leader said the owner wanted to speak with me I figured she wanted to propose weekly cleaning. She said that they had worked the 4 hours agreed and needed more money to finish the job. While this was part of the agreement it seemed like a come on to me. I felt like telling her to leave, but the house was half cleaned and I did not have time to finish it. I was not a happy customer. She asked for an additional $100 to cover her girls labor. We agreed on $50. She offered to clean the house every two weeks for $85. Told her I would talk to my wife. Not going to happen. Now to the cleaning. I guess it was a pretty good job. The ladies worked hard. However, I found one picture on the bed. They had knocked a nail out of the frame. Many of our pictures on the wall were crooked and while they cleaned all the blinds I had to fix many of them as they were not back in the condition they started. I would have been pleased at the $99 figure and maybe expected too much. I realize that it is hard to give a fixed price on a house cleaning, but I would have preferred an upfront quote after they looked at the house. I feel like this was a come on and was left with a bad taste.

Rosie's service has done an excellent job with sweeping, dusting, including walls and baseboards, moping...bathrooms sparkle. Hardwood floors shine when they leave. My furniture is vacuumed each time and the kitchen looks great! It goes very well. Rosie is very prompt at returning calls or text messages when needed. I am delighted with their work.

There was some mix up about the scheduled date and the pricing wasn't clear, but the quality of work was tremendous. It easily foreshadowed the date and pricing confusion. I have used several cleaning services in the Nashville area, and these guys are by far the best.

3 workers arrived 10 min. BEFORE our appointment. They brought all necessary supplies and went right to work. Not only did they do a great job on floors, bathrooms, and kitchen - they also cleaned baseboards, kitchen cabinets (floor to ceiling), inside windows, and put rooms in order. The biggest surprise was that they cleaned all my wooden shutters. I have shutters on every window instead of curtains, and they did an outstanding job. Before they were done, Rosie came by and met me and checked on progress. An hour later, they were done. All workers were cheerful, polite and accommodating. I've had deep cleans before, but this was a totally different experience. I will definitely use this service again, and would recommend them to all.

I have used this service for over a year now, and have used many others in the past. They are, by far, the best I have ever had clean my home!!! Always doing little extra things and sometimes big things for me at no extra charge. I love Rosie's service!!!!

I have been using Rosies for a few months now. The girls do a great job! They are very thorough. My house has never looked better. The crew is very flexible when we need to change the day the house is cleaned. They also don't mind when we need our additional guest areas cleaned with short notice. The house is over 3000 sq foot and we are amazed by how fast they can get the job done. I trust them and highly recommend them.

We’ve had a little miscommunication due to language barriers. But they come in and do a good job. They don’t fool around.

I loved that Rosie was able to clean my house at the last minute before an important event. She quoted me a lot more than I wanted to pay and more than what I believed was reasonable for my small, 1800 square foot condo, but I was in a jam. I've owned houses twice as big and paid a lot less for a good cleaning. Anyway. Rosie didn't accompany the three(or four) girls who came to clean. None of the girls spoke good English so communicating was frustrating. They did a good job cleaning and were pretty thorough. It only took them a couple of hours which I also liked. They did ask me to look over their work after they were done and I found that one tub was missed. They cleaned it right away and was very apologetic about it. They were good but much to expensive for me and I also didn't like that Rosie didn't do monthly cleaning but only weekly and biweekly. That, the price and the communication barrier was a deal breaker for me. Rosie seemed really nice and her girls were hard working so I wish her and her business the best. Meanwhile, I'm still looking for a suitable house keeper.

Very responsive on short notice, were able to do a cleaning with only a day and a half notice. I accepted a very high quote based on the reviews I've seen here on Angie's List, that they do a phenomenal cleaning job. By high, I mean literally twice the cost of other cleaning companies I got estimates from. I do not know if I got the "Angie's List" discount they offer, since the estimate is not formalized in writing - a couple ladies came out to see what I wanted done, chatted in Spanish on the phone with the owner presumably, hung up and gave me the estimate verbally. I do not know if they expect you to barter on the price, but I'd suggest trying. They came pretty much on time, and worked for six and a half hours. No professional vehicle, they come in a personal vehicle, and bring most of their own supplies. We had three women working, one of whom appeared to be a child/youth - perhaps not legal 'working' age, but who also worked hard. At least they have shirts labelled with their company name. None of them were tall - so I found them either standing on the counters to reach higher shelves, or using my ladder to reach fans. They might want to consider getting their own step stools - I know my ladder is pretty heavy to lug around the house. They completely missed the refrigerator, and the counters were left covered in dirt, like they had cleaned something above them after cleaning the counters. Should always be top to bottom to avoid this. The quote should have included vacuuming, but our carpets were still wet from the steam cleaners, so I told them to skip vacuuming. This did not reduce the price, which I would have expected. Other than the fridge and counters, they did a reasonable job, even getting dust off the garage wall, cleaning up bugs (house was mostly vacant for some time), window tracks, etc.. But it wasn't as good a job, nor done as professionally as I would expect for the money. They did not offer a walk through when done to confirm we were happy, they just packed up and left.

Rosie was on time, very professional and gave us a great and accurate quote. She showed up within 2 days of initial inquiry and made an appointment for the very next week.

She was flexible with her schedule, but we ultimately could not connect after the estimate. We had some cell service issues that made it difficult to communicate. Overall, I would give her another shot as she seemed customer-oriented.
