 + -1 moreJohn gave us many pointers on how to protect ourselves during the construction process and how to document everything pertaining to our construction project. He was thorough, concerned, and continued to check-in on us during a 2-year project.
Description of Work: John has provided many services for us over the years. He wrote up our last will and testament and living wills. He also wrote a contract for us to protect us from a general contractor which came in handy at the end of our construction project.

 + -1 moreThey did a great job. The Rockford people design and build new homes of high quality at affordable prices. All our choices for appliances, cabinets and carpeting were installed exactly as requested. The house was built with better quality materials inside and out. Bill M. the contractors foreman is great. He is dedicated, concerned, very helpful and one of the nicest people you will ever meet. All work is guaranteed for one year. If something unsatifactory is found, they will repair it and honor their guarantee. Rockford is a better value builder that cares about customer satisfaction from start to finish and beyond.
