Results Handyman Service

Terrible! I emailed asking for estimate to repair a deck. Another firm has said it needed to be replaced. Results said it just needed repair. They missed obvious deck boards that needed replacing. When their second crew came out they caked and sent photos that indeed it wasn’t worth replacing ... so the first work was Either due to incompetence or dishonesty. Now they have been impossible to deal with. My first experience with them replacing light fixtures was good but that service person shared concerns about the overall quality if work I should have been attuned to. So they didn’t diagnosis the problem that was very evident correctly and have not taken responsibility. I still have the voicemail and photos sent by their own crew saying continued repair was not wise!

The service was good, my only concern was that initially, I had to make multiple attempts to contact them before anyone would call me back to schedule appoints for quotes and service.

The work was done quickly and neatly.

From start to finish this was such a great experience. The quote was prompt and the end cost was exactly what was quoted. The guys that came to do the work were on time, courteous, and thorough. I will definitely use Results again for any handyman needs.

I called this vendor many times and no one ever answered the phone. I left 2 messages asking for a return call and never received one. Clearly did not use their services as they were completely unresponsive.

The contractor said that it would take three hours to lay the tile. It took five hours. He was very nice and professional. He went out of the way to recommend that I needed new bolts to hold the toilet in place. He went to Home Depot to purchase them.

The owners are extremely nice and honest. I feel like they always give me the best advice and lowest price possible even if it means sending me to someone else for the work. I have had several different workers in my house and have felt very good about all of them. On 2 different jobs the work turned out to be more difficult and time consuming than they expected. Both times they stuck to their original estimates instead of charging me more. If you feel a job was not done well enough they will gladly come back and fix it. They definitely want to make the customer happy. The only complaint I have is that they are sometimes so busy they cannot schedule my work as quickly as I would like. I guess that means that other people like to hire them also.

I like them. They are affordable and Steve, who is one of the owners, was really nice. They're very responsive and really friendly. They get their work done on time and for the price that I quoted.

We have had Steve and his associates work on our house on several occasions, doing a variety of tasks that have involved painting, wiring, plumbing, etc. They are incredibly easy to work with, do a professional job, and stand behind their work. I would not hesitate to call them in the future for whatever handyman jobs arise at our house.
