He has a lot of experience so is fast and knows the best way to accomplish the task. When he first arrived, we went through all the different projects and he offered different ways to solve many of the things on my list. When he was working on the outside door, he noticed that the weather stripping was hanging in shreds so I ran out and got new weatherstripping for him to install on all three outside doors, which he installed quickly. The doors were leaking a lot of air so that will save us $. Matt is professional and is pleasant to have around.

Matt is articulate and presentable. His skill level is above that of a typical handyman. He is very clear about what he can and cannot do. We were delighted with the workmanship and the value. We plan to use Matt again soon and whenever we need carpentry details managed.

I was considering replacing all my windows with new "replacement windows". The prices were coming in around $4000, which was more than I wanted to spend. I called Matt and asked him what it would take to repair the old windows. He came over and assured me that he could handle the job because he had a lot of experience in remodeling old houses. He replaced all rotten wood, and recommended a painter to reglaze all the glass. They worked together, removing the old, heavy airport-quality storm windows, and in 3 days I had a home that looked amazing. Not only did I get to keep the old windows that had a lot of character, but all trim on the house was painted, gables painted, house pressure washed, doors painted, and wood replaced. All for less than $4000. I'm very happy and would call Matt and the painter again.

Matt was not able to come for 2 weeks to do the job, but he came when he said he would, and did not overcharge.

Matt was punctual, did a great job, tidied up the yard after clearing the gutters. Did various little things around the house. I am delighted with the work he did, and whatsmore, he's a nice guy, will definitely use him again.

I got them through Angie's List. They did an excellent job. I would definitely rank them as an A.

He was very easy to get in touch with and came to provide the work within just a few days. He did the work quickly and we are very pleased with the work that was done.

Matt first scheduled and appointment to a**** the repair and give us an estimate. He was thorough, obviously experienced and took time to explain the repair process to us. He returned a week later as scheduled and spent most of the day working continuously to complete the work. His work was careful and skillful and he was friendly and congenial. Matt followed up with phone calls after we got rain to be sure the leak had been stopped. We could not have had a better experience - the price was very reasonable and the work was professionally done by a knowledgeable, efficient, conscientious and likable person.

They do an excellent job. I would recommend them to others.

He was very friendly and easy to work with and seemed to know what he was doing. The only disappointment was that some of the work needed further refinements within the next couple of years.

I use their service quite a bit. They are great and their prices are excellent. I will continue to use their services in the future.

It's been a while, but one thing I recall is him actually telling me I didn't need some wood replaced where I assumed it looked like it might be rotting. He got up on a ladder and pushed on it and said it didn't appear to be bad and to just clean out the gutters and that would prevent it from rotting. I'm sure some people would've replaced the wood and charged me based on my belief that it was bad. The spots on the window and door that were obviously rotted he replaced in a few hours and gave advice on what materials to use, but left it up to me.

The service was second to none. He performed his work punctually and was clear on what he was doing on each project. He started by repairing sticking doors, and then he did an incredible job of restoring like new a busted window frame. He also built me a place under our garage stairwell that will make a great tornado shelter.

. I live 5 hours away from where my Dad lives, so naturally I added his city on to my Angi's List membership. My Dad's back door was leaking and most probably needed replacing. I liked Matt's ratings and he was close to my Dad. Gotta use some criteria to pick 'em. :-) Well, Matt went above and beyond what I ever would have expected.He arrived on time and was incredibly kind t omy Dad. The door did need replacing, but since it was bitterly cold and my Dad is in his 80's Matt said he wanted to wait until better weather since the door would be off while he repairecd everything. Matt did a temporaty fix on what was leaking and didn't charge one time for his time. When warmer weather arrived, Matt called Dad right away and they made arrangements for the full door replacement. He was incredibly helpful to my Dad in picking out the right door as my Dad was going to buy a ridiculously expensive one and Matt helped him realize that for his situation that was "overkill". In other words...Matt took care of my Dad as if he were his own father needing the help. Matt even took time to sit and have a cup of coffee with my Dad. It doesn't get any better than that! The door is in and working fine. And now my Dad has a great resource for other jobs he may need done around the house. A GREAT feeling for this far away daughter.

Others had come out and replaced major roofing for 2000.00 and it still leaked. Matt fixed the 2 leaks for 150.00 and was gone in 2 hrs. He then called back during a big rain to see if it was fixed. A great repairman.

They were very versatile, skilled and friendly.

He does whatever I need; I use him all the time. He is just incredibly honest; if he is not comfortable doing something he will then recommend somebody who can. His prices are reasonable. He cares about what he does. He fixed a leak in the roof that was coming down through the fireplace and he called me twice to see if it was doing okay; he has great follow-up. I would use him again in the future if I needed to.

Went very well would have more work done with this company.

He did a good job and was effective in keeping the squirrels out of the hole. He is a very nice guy. I asked him about doing some electrical work. He said he was unable to do this, but he would recommend someone who could. He did what he said he was going to do. He was very prompt and everything was good. The price was very fair.

He is fantastic. I love him. He is very through and cost conscious and a nice guy.

Matt came out and inspected both doors and provided a very thorough explanation of how to correct. He came back a few days later with materials and promptly fixed my doors and secured my dishwasher. Detailed explanations of work being done and recommendations. I will use him again! A+ service and work!

Matt repaired a fence gate for me. He was prompt, professional, and affordable. I had plumbing and painting projects as well and he recommended people for those jobs. I subsequently hired them as well and both were also very professional and thorough and reasonably priced and did terrific work. Matt did extensive repair work on my parents' home and they were very pleased with the work and with his professionalism. A+ all the way around.

Matt Mauch came out promptly after my email contact, gave me an estimate for this and other work and voluntarily blew out my gutters since he was already on the roof. Warned me he was backed up but then worked us in within a week because a hard rain was coming and he wanted to get us fixed up. A really nice job, using PVC planks which will not rot and look great. He's a very nice guy as well.

This was a very satisfactory experience as Matt was very professional and did not waste time. He cleaned the cutters on a story and half house and made repairs to the roof that he discovered while on the roof. Also, repaired kitchen faucet . All work is performed by the owner of the company and I would recommend this company to anyone. Cost is very reasonable and work is completed in a professional and timely manner.
