Excellent

Matt came over right away and fixed the problem. There was no hassle involved.

He did an excellent job, he came when he promised he would come and he is an excellent craftsman. If I ever have any similar jobs, I will certainly call him first.

His was just great but his prices were somewhat high. The cost listed is per hour. Very nice person and did the work quickly.

We called Matt one morning when we realized that the heating and air duct in the crawl space had become detached and was just blowing cold air into the crawl space instead of into our home. Matt came out that same evening to fix the problem. He said that he usually does not come out for just one item but that he would do it for us due to the urgency of the problem. While he was out, he also adjusted the latching mechanism on a door frame so it would properly align with the knob. Matt was very professional and friendly. He charged a very fair price especially considering the fact that he came out the same day as we called and that he came in the evening. We will definitely use him for handyman jobs in the future and will recommend him to friends!

Great! Matt was terrific and we have many other projects for him to help us with. He was very responsive in returning phone calls and showed up to look at the project and then to do the work exactly when he said he would. His estimated time needed with right on - even though there was more damage than expected.

MATT ROCKS!!!! He did lots of little things for us around the house-helping us get it ready to go on the market. He made great suggestions when we weren't sure of the solution, was willing to make tiny changes (caused by my picky nature), and did everything great. He worked very hard, was very professional and friendly, and did a great job. I will call Matt in the future when anything needs fixing-and not always wait till we want to sell our house. He was wonderful.

Excellent! Matt Mauch is the definition of American ingenuity. His work is guided by the principle of "don't waste the customer's time or money, and do it right so both the customer and Matt are pleased with the work". Matt is responsive during the entire process. Returned calls in a reasonable time, when not available to take the call. He was at the job exactly at the agreed upon time. He was careful when working in my home and cleaned up each area in which he worked.

We are completely satisfied with Matt's work. He returned my inquiry phone call promptly (unlike two other companies listed as handymen). He showed up on time, as arranged, and did a great job with something that was not routine work. He is friendly, articulate and presentable. He makes a trustworthy impression. I have no hesitation in recommending him. I do not know how his rates compare to others but for us it was money well spent as doing it ourselves would have easily taken twice as long.

Great! Matt is friendly, helpful, prompt and an all-around pleasure to work with. He was very honest with me about the best way to approach some of our jobs and charged significantly less for the woodpecker holes than I had been quoted elsewhere. We'd use him again in a heartbeat unless he gets too busy with Angie's List work.

Arrived on time with ALL the tools, was very clear about the work he would do and did it well and in a timely manner. Matt is a very good resource for those little jobs that mount up around the house. He could do bigger jobs (skill-wise) but specializes in this niche. He charges by the hour and I would not consider him cheap, but he is worth it.

I got Matt off of Angie's List and he was absolutely great. Excellent work. Very reasonably priced. Really nice, personable guy easy to work with. Always showed up and called when he said he would. Great problem solver - We had a few unusual problems that he worked very hard at figuring out solutions that were effective but which saved us money. I've rarely met anyone who was as intent on pleasing the customer as he is.

This is the guy I've been looking for! Professional, punctual, responsive/good communication, skilled, looks out for the customer. I contacted 5 people in as many weeks who never showed up before finding Matt Mauch and PunchList Plus. Matt came out and assessed the situation, gave me an estimate and arranged a time to do the work. He called ahead when inclement weather predicted a less than ideal workday and we rescheduled. He showed up promptly as promised and worked diligently, consulting me as decisions needed to be made. Matt treated my house as he would have his own and I trust his judgment. The final bill was actually less than his initial estimate. I look forward to many more years of Matt's advice and great work in a variety of home maintenance situations.

Matt arrived exactly on time and got down to business very quickly. He worked steadily but carefully throughout the day on window after window with a variety of issues, never showing the frustration or impatience that might have been justified by the challenges he encountered and might have led to broken parts. His persistence in taking apart old storm windows and reassembling them saved me the cost and time of having to replace them. He is very knowledgeable and was able to tell me what would be involved in addressing other issues that came to mind as I thought about the condition of the house, as well as how significant each issue might be and why. While he was here he addressed a few of these. When he was done he threw the tennis ball repeatedly for my dog Buster. Buster was thrilled.

Punch List Plus did great work. He was very detailed and used all his effort. He helped us with the design too. The closets look wonderful, and I would recommend him to others.
