Matt Mauch returned my call promply showed up at the job on time and completed the repair expertly and quickly. Excellent results, will definitely use Matt anytime I can.

We had a back door that was leaking. Matt did a great job, he was quick to call back from my email and came out and did several things to fix the back door. He also guaranteed his work and said he would come back out if what he did did not fix the issue. So far so good 2 months later, no issues with leaks on the back door. I would definitely use him again. He really takes pride in his work and that shows.

Matt was fantastic. He came out before we got our house painted. We spent about $500 on the project which was like $1000 less than our other quote. He was way over the top in regards to the good service he provided. Whatever he told us was true. He answers his phone himself and calls back promptly. He is a one man show over there. He does all the work himself and that?s why the quality is really good. It seems like he takes a lot of pride in what he does. We are planning on using him again.

Matt was very quick to call me back after I left a message inquiring about installing a cat door in our house. We set a date and time and Matt arrived exactly when he said he would. The job didn't take to long even though it was a steel door. The finished door looked better than I had hoped and the price was very reasonable (much better than a number of other quotes I got). I will definitely be using Matt's services again in the future.

We had some water damage to our garage ceiling and were uncertain of the source. Matt came and out did a thorough inspection of a variety of potential areas for water intrusion. While it was difficult to determine with absolute certainty where the water might have come from, as it occurred during a recent storm and had not occurred previously, Matt pinpointed an area on our roof in close proximity to the garage that had a gap without flashing. The area was extremely difficult to find and Matt happened upon it by narrowing down the possible paths that the rain may have followed to damage our garage roof. Matt caulked/sealed the area and told me to call him after the next storm to let him know if that worked. If not, he said he'd come back out ASAP and continue searching for the root cause. His charge was extremely reasonable and Matt clearly had a ton of experience from his days as a home builder. I plan to call Matt with any future repair needs we may come across.

If I need services in the future in the areas that Matt provides, I will definitely give him a call. I was impressed with his professionalism.

Matt is very much in demand so it took some time for him to get to the job. We were OK with that. We were very pleased with the work Matt did. Obviously, he is in a class by himself. He is thorough, exceptionally good at what he does, very reasonable and when he is doing your work he concentrates on that. There is absolutely no comparison between Matt and workmen we have engaged to do some of these jobs previously . All the work was done in one day, including purchasing the materials. I expect to have Matt do a few other jobs in the very near future. It feels wonderful to find someone who has such pride in his work.

Matt (Punchlist Plus) had done work for me before, so I knew he would figure out the most efficient way to do an excellent job. The headboard and footboard were built by my grandfather and have a lot of sentimental value to me, but I felt perfectly comfortable with Matt's figuring out the best way to attach it to my metal frame - I knew he was extremely conscientious and would tell me if he had any reservations. He also figured out the best ways to take care of the problems I was having with my doors, locks, and peephole. Among Matt's greatest assets are his ability to diagnose problems, his creativity in solving them, and the pride he takes in his work. At the same time, he doesn't mind performing "little" jobs that, while difficult for me, aren't challenging to him. Because he works quickly and carefully, I like the fact that he charges an hourly rate. That, coupled with the fact that he's flexible, helps when I want to change the game plan - removing the mirror, for example, was a last-minute request. Long story short, I recommend Matt wholeheartedly and am certain I'll be calling Punchlist Plus again.

Matt is one of the best workmen around. He is honest (we were gone when he came so we would have had no way of knowing whether he laid vinyl or not). He had purchased a roll of tape, which he left on the table for my husband to use. We have used Matt before for a variety of jobs, and we trust him to do a good job no matter what the task. We will definitely call on Matt again!

I can't say enough about the quality of this guy's customer service. He could right the book on how to treat a customer, how to talk to a customer, how to be fair to the customer etc. He was attentive, considerate, on-time, communicated his plans well, was knowledgeable and flexible. He will let you know if what you want done is beyond his expertise.

Matt met with me to discuss the job. He provided a verbal estimate and we agreed on the date he would be available. He arrived exactly on time and went to work immediately. Matt's work was excellent, he was very professional, and the final invoice was slightly less than the range we discussed. I will use him again and will recommend him to friends.

As a new homeowner, I worried about finding someone I could trust to make repairs and improvements. In a perfect world, that person would be knowledgeable, creative, efficient, conscientious, and affordable. I found all those things in Matt. His friendly professionalism was apparent from the first time we spoke on the phone. He was prompt, worked fast and really knows his stuff. Several of the jobs I had required ingenuity, and Matt was clearly up to the challenge. I couldn't have been happier with the way everything turned out. It's such a relief knowing who to call from now on!

Matt is really the gold standard for handymen. He's prompt, fast, thorough, and on top of it all he's a heck of a nice guy. He'll return your calls quickly and let you know right off what you're in for, on the repairs. His prices are reasonable and he does what he says he's going to do. There's only one downside: everyone else loves Matt too! You may have to wait a little while for him to get to you, but luckily he works with some other really good contractors and can sometimes send somebody to help you if it'll be a little while. I would never think to call anyone else to do the work if I could get Matt to do it. He's that good, seriously.

Matt is a super nice guy, prompt and did exactly what was expected. I highly recommend him. I was told that I would need new gutters. I have a VERY big ranch so that was going to be very expensive. Matt said that the gutters were fine and that he could just replace and bad spots. After his repairs he recommended a great painter and now the gutters/soffit and facia look brand new!!

Job went smooth. Matt called a couple of times with better ideas on how to proceed with the job. Is really easy to work with Matt. I will centainly use him again for other projects.

Matt was prompt in giving an estimate, set a date and arrived on time. He not only took care of our "punchlist" but also went out of his way to make certain that everything we needed taken care of was done well. Our storm door had never worked right. It was quite a job to fix it, but Matt succeeded. The dryer vent was not on our list originally, but when I asked if he could clean it, Matt quickly went to it. The old vent was falling down and was a mess. He took care of it even thought it meant going into a very tight crawl space on a very hot day. He started at 9 a.m. and finiished all the work about 4:45. He was personable, and his price was very reasonable. (He gave a discount for being a first-time Angie's List customer.) I can't recommend Matt too highly. He is one of the hardest working people I've met, and he does all the little jobs others don't want to do. He's great!

Matt did the job and made sure it was done correctly by checking to make sure the vent was connected without any leaks and that the air flow was as it should be.

The original door had been stored a long time, but was superior to the temp door we used so a cat door could be installed in it. My husband had stored parts from the bottom of both doors, and it was confusing what parts belonged to what, but Matt got it figured out and had the new door working great in an incredible amount of time. Matt is fast but he does not make you feel as if he's rushing. I was so pleased with Matt's work. He is a perfectionist and a very pleasant and honest guy. I cannot say enough about him.

We have used Matt several times and he always treats our house with the same care and attention to detail he would use with his own. He takes great pride in his work and really enjoys it which can be hard to come by these days. He is very prompt and always on time. We can not say enough. We recommend him to all of our friends!

It was a great experience. The brick enclosure had been built around the old mailbox, effectively sealing it in. I tried for over six hours on Saturday to get it out, but could not. I called Matt late Saturday afternoon. He was concerned about me having no mailbox, so he said even though he was booked the entire week, he would try to fit me in on Monday. He did. After he got the old box out, he had to "modify" the new box to remove some flanges at the rear that prevented it from fitting into the hole. He got the new box in, sealed everything around the box (plus some existing cracks in the mortar), and was finished in a little over two hours. In addition to being efficient and professional, he also was an extremely nice guy. There is no doubt I would use him again and recommend him to anyone who asked.
