Steve and Paul were extremely helpful and kind. As a first-time homeowner of an old home, I knew there were things that would be way over my head and plumbing is one of them. The pipes that came from my toilet, through the floor and into the basement started leaking and they instructed me what to and then came at a time that fit my work schedule. They were able to fix it the next day and replaced my rusted-out/leaking hot water heater while they were there too. I love to support local/family-owned businesses when I can and would recommend Pugh Plumbing to anyone who would like to do the same. I'll definitely be calling them for any future plumbing needs.
