 + 1 moreWe would never have found Randy if not for the recommendation from our realtor. The buyer of our house had a pretty long list of requests for repairs and we were already living out of town, so it was a godsend to have someone do everything for us. Randy (the owner) worked with me on the list to make things a little more affordable. This felt like a lot of money to spend, but the majority of the expense was scraping and re-painting all the wood eaves around the house, which is a very extensive project. That alone cost $1865. So the rest of it was not really that expensive once you remove that amount of money. Randy worked with me on timing, too, which was great.
Description of Work: Trim back the shingles all around the house, (they are too long and laying in gutters) Repair all downspouts and add extensions for drainage Repair several small holes in vinyl on front porch wall, (owner has vinyl onsite) The vinyl trim is hanging on the rear upper dormer under the windows, reattach Caulk gaps at windows and vinyl siding around unit Install electrical junction box and cover on rear eaves where wire is hanging Replace stem on rear hose spigot Pull toilet and replace wax ring and reset and tighten toilet Replace handle on upstairs bath tub shower Replace door casing and latch on rear door and weather strip so it has no gaps The eaves, fascia, front porch and front porch ceiling and all wood trim needs to be scraped to remove the peeling paint and then painted around entire house, including dormer and rafter tails
