Professional Carpet Care

Arrived within expected timeframe, really put detail and time into spot treating the stains and carpet discolorations. My carpets have never been cleaner and I will continue to use Professional Carpet Care over any of the big chains I used to use.

We had a great experience with David. We called because of stains/soiling caused by our dog who passed away shortly after. Our concern was to get the areas cleaned quickly both for safety (we have small children) and because of the bad stains. I chose this company because they said they could handle the quick turn-around and they did. Came out the next morning (a Saturday) and took care of everything. Advised on how to treat spots in the meantime and left us with a bottle of stain remover for any future problems. He was courteous and profession and understanding. The cleaning was quick and thorough and our carpet looks 10 times better than it did before. We were just worried about the incident, but we ended up with carpets that looked much, much better. Thank you!

He was great and affordable as well. He was personable and he did not leave things in our way; it was not inconvenient to have him here.

I contacted the company as two of the spots returned about a week and a half after the cleaning. The person who took the call said they would contact me to get the touch up completed. I never received a response and no one has ever called to deliver on the promise. What was a good job initially will make me hesitant to recommend the company or use them again. Promises made should be promises kept.

Called this company on Friday trying to get cleaning done before Thanksgiving. They explained that this was the busiest time of the year and were booked up as I already found out trying to call other cleaners. Even though I was a bit out of their area they worked me in and cleaned our carpeting and some furniture the very next day. My phone quote was $292.00 but was only charged $251.00. The technician was exactly on time, had a clean and professional looking truck/equipment, and did a great job. The kool-aid stains my daughter made even came out. Very glad I found this company and will definitely use them again.

They have provided carpet and furniture cleaning services for me. They had given a phone quote that was somewhat lower than the local franchise companies so of course I was skeptical. Luckily my doubts were not to take place and it just went the opposite way. The company employees had arrived on time, cleaned all that was included in my order, they were uniformed and professional. Work had been completed promptly and for less than the original quote. Professional Carpet Care made my old carpet look almost new and I didn't have to replace it. Original price was $168.00, and when the job was done I was astonished by the work quality and the price as well because I paid only $126.
