Chip and Premier Roofing are awesome! From the first meeting all the way through them pulling out of my driveway after the new roof was installed was flawless. The customer service is top notch from the initial meeting to the job completion. They did exactly what they said, on the day they said for the price they said! They even cleaned out my gutters which wasn't part of the scope of work. I feel so comfortable with the job they did that the next time I use them I won't even ask for a bid...just show up and do the work!

This went wonderfully and fast. We had originally called to have a quote. When they came out, they discovered storm damage. They worked with our condo association to have our roof replaced under the association's insurance policy. These people were very fast, friendly and personable.

Their crew tore off old shingles and replaced the roof in one day. They cleaned up the debris from the yard, using a magnet to get the nails. There was a problem with the color of some flashing which they replaced with the proper color. Someone from the company was there each day to make sure everything was going right. The salesman and the owners were very nice and answered all my questions.

I will never use this company. Someone driving their rolling billboard work van just ran a 4 way stop and put me and my kids in danger. I would have called the company to report this but for all I know, it was the owner driving.

We had a leak in our breakfast room of our two-story house. Because our son's room is right above where the water was seeping through the drywall on the ceiling, we figured it must be the roof. I called Premier Roofing to get a professional's opinion about what was causing the leak. Before the owner, Chip, was able to get out to the house to give me an estimate, I contacted other companies for an estimate and to get their take on the problem, and I was planning on going with the company that would BEST take care of the job--not necessarily the least expensive. Chip and I spoke on the phone several times, and he explained to me what the issues with the roof probably were. Since the roof was replaced in 2001, he said that it sounded like the pipe boots were just starting to wear out with the sun and weather. When he came out to give me an estimate, he was either right on time or maybe even a few minutes early. I was already impressed after dealing with companies that give you a three-hour window when a service tech will show up and then the tech doesn't get there until 20 minutes later! When Chip said he'd call, he called; when he said he'd come by, he came by. He said he'd send a crew over to replace the pipe boots and repair the nail-pops either that afternoon or the next day. At 2:00, Chip and his employee arrived, again surprising me, and said it would take them about 30 minutes. It took them a little more than half that. I would highly recommend Premier Roofing of Middle Tennessee to anyone who has issues with the roof. Chip takes the time to learn about the problem thoroughly, and then he explains what he will do to fix it so that even if you're not a roofer, you can understand he's talking about. It was just the cherry on top that he beat all the other bids by more than $50.

I did a great deal of research before I hired a roofing company and actually joined Angie?s List (AL) specifically to help prepare myself for what I thought would be a harrowing task as a single woman- finding the right company to replace my roof! I met with over 6 AL highly rated companies and asked a LOT of questions before I made my final decision. Premiere Roofing ended up getting my business. In the end, the overall experience was more painless than I had imagined because Chip, Frank and Jeff at Premiere Roofing were all extremely professional and they spent quality-focused time working out all of the details with me in advance. They definitely went above and beyond to help me understand the ?dos and don?ts? of roof replacement before they were even awarded the job. On the day of the job I found the entire crew of workers fantastic. They were steadfast and focused despite the very hot temperatures. They left my property in the same condition that it was when they arrived- but with a great looking new roof! The quality of service and work delivered by Premiere Roofing was exceptional and they greatly contributed to making my first ?new roof experience? stress free and successful. A note to AL members: During the bid process, they honored the 15% discount coupon on Angie?s list without my even asking, as they knew I was an AL member. I feel 100% confident in recommending the team at Premiere Roofing to other AL members.

Excellent!! Karen is extremely prompt, personable and efficient and Chip (owner) is personable and very accommodating. The job was completed in one day. This company is very popular in our neighborhood! They evoke trust, and rightly so.

Good experience overall. Premier's price for 30 year architectural shingles was better than other roofers' bids for standard 3-tab asphalt, and they used all the manufacturer recommended products to ensure qualification for the manufacturer warranty. Plus the matching cap shingles just look better. There was a problem with replacing the flashing which required extra cost over the original estimate - this was offered to me as an option during the job, not a necessity. I opted for the extra so the final price was about 9% higher than the original estimate. Be aware that Premier will not do gutter or fascia repair work, only roofing. The final result was very good and I was pleased with the cosmetic result. Would recommend and use again.

He came out to meet with me and was very thorough in the process. He explained how the work would be done. He asked me if I had questions and was very informative. He has followed up since then with a few phone calls to tell me they'd like to do the work for me. I am still considering them for this job.

Frank was recommended by our home inspector (BJK Property Inspection), who also did an excellent job. Frank was very accommodating with our schedule. We didn't have to be home for him to make his measurements. He quoted us $4,000 for the roof, and $200 for the ridge vent. When he came by with the contract, he listed the ridge vent as only $150. The work was done two days later, start to finish in one day. High quality work with attention to detail and no mess. One of the workers did a little damage to one of the garage doors (which was already in poor condition). Frank offered to have a garage door guy come fix it. Since it needed to be replaced anyway, we agreed on a price break on the roof. Altogether I am very pleased with this experience. Of all the work we're having done on the house, this is the most convenient and the highest quality. I would hire them again, but I doubt I'll need to for a long time.

I like them very much and I appreciated their honesty, as originally they said it was going to be a $500 repair. They were very professional and friendly. It was easy to communicate with them and they were also very clean.

Premier Roofing gave the lowest quote (but I don't always choose the lowest quote as you often get what you pay for). For my job, I can honestly say this company cared about its reputation and attention to detail! From the first call through follow-up calls Premier seemed intent to; (1) get the job with careful, thorough explanations with NO high pressured sales pitches, and then (2) do the job right ...they earned my respect and trust. They completed this job in ONE day arriving early and were gone by 5:30 and the yard looked as if they'd never been there. They even helped drop a substantial tree limb that was hanging over one section of the house that was easy to get to but something they didn't have to do. From intro to follow-up I would describe this company as first-rate, they provided a great product at a very competitive price. First time I've used Angie's list to search for a vendor. My experience; A+

This company and Shamrock reference each other a lot. I trust their judgment. They are very honest and very caring about their customers. They wouldn't give any references to any companies that would harm their own reputation.

I found Premier Roofing reviews had been good on Angie's List and called. One of the salesmen, John Fielden, contacted me and he and one of the owner's, Frank, came out and looked at the roof and gave me an estimate for the work to be done. I spent 6 months researching roof types and colors and they assisted me by placing 6 different shingles on the roof for me to look at and when I saw a roof I liked in a neighborhood, they looked at that house and told me what shingle it was. They came out and did a fantastic job both in efficiency and proficiency, removing the old roof, applying the new roof, which is beautiful and cleaning up the area around the house. They even hauled off some of the materials I had removed from the house during remodeling, which really helped me out! Their crew worked efficiently and as a cooperative team completed the entire roof and carpentry in one day. My neighbors have remarked how nice the roof looks and even my mother in law likes it! The price was very good and I am very happy to recommend their services to anyone looking for a new, professionally done roof!

He was trying to get me to file a claim with the insurance company. I didn't appreciate him doing that, honestly, because it was illegal. The quote was thorough and comparable to everybody else.

Frank was a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process...even though the weather was playing havoc with his schedule. He was also very informative and very quick to return my phone calls. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

First of all, they were the most reasonably priced company. (I got several estimates) They were friendly and answered all of my questions honestly. I have an older home and there were 3 layers of shingles already on the roof and I had no idea the condition of the decking underneath all of that. There was a significant amount of decking that needed to be replaced, which required more planks than was included in the quote but Premier charged me only for the cost of the wood and extra labor time - they didn't upcharge me at all for this. They also installed leaf guard screens on my gutters for only the cost of the screens. I also have a turret in the front that is difficult to reach and the shingles on it before were haphazardly applied. Now the turret looks striking and beautiful. I can't say enough good about Premier. They flat out beat the competition in every way that I can find.

Premier Roofing was courteous, professional, and helpful from the first phone call I made to them. Frankie thoroughly explained the process and what to expect from his company and our insurance company. He returned phone calls when he said he would, showed up at our house at times we agreed to, and KEPT HIS WORD! Our roof suffered additional damage during the time we waited on our insurance company to make things right, so Premier Roofing patched our roof temporarily to help us avoid internal water damage. This was done at no additional cost to us. The roof is beautiful! The yard was completely cleaned after the installation and we have had no trouble with nails or supplies on the yard/street. Overall, our service and experience was amazing! I HIGHLY recommend this company and am pleased that for such a big expense, I feel like I was treated with respect and as if my business mattered to them. If I ever needed a new roof in Nashville again, I would DEFINITELY call this company first!!!
