This job was not covered by an insurance claim, so I had looked a long time for the best value in a long term solution. I had gotten multiple quotes on this project from other roofing companies. Premier Roofing not only beat the other prices (one by nearly half!), but Chip Horan (Owner) went the extra mile by having his workers pitching the roof slightly, and also completed the entire project in one day. His crew finished tearing out the existing roof (three layers) very quickly, within 2-3 hours, which was surprising to me. They did a superb job cleaning up the job site when finished. The quality of their work was very good and we are thrilled to have a dry den! Now on to the remodel!

They were fast to get the estimate done and the price was fair. They were also very friendly and super informative of the various options and prices, and they did not try to sell me anything I did not want or need. We have had the new roof for approximately eight months now and gone through a couple of pretty severe wind storms with no problems.

I called Premier Roofing Monday, 2/10/14. The owner called me back immediately. He arranged for his Field Representative, Jason Bass, to come to my house the same day. He got on the roof of both my rental house and my house, diagnosed the problem, suggested how they would fix it and gave me an estimate. Later that evening he emailed me an exact amount which was the same as he quoted me. On 2/14/14, Jason Bass called and asked if it was convenient for them to work on my houses today. I said yes. The owner and his worker came out, repaired the roof on my rental house, and repaired the sunlights on my sunroom at my house. They did an excellent job and I would recommend them to anyone. If I have any future roofing problems, I will call Premier Roofing again.

The quality was very good. However, the service was slow and appointments had to be rescheduled several times.

They were extremely knowledgeable, totally thorough and went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure all problems were fixed. They provided truly excellent service and I would highly recommend them.

My husband was very pleased with their work. We will use them again for a Job Well Done.

Existing roof was 10 years old. We noticed leaks in several areas inside house approximately 1 year after a heavy hail storm. Called Premier Roofing to inspect roof and repair leaks. They found not only hail damage throughout roof, but also some crackng of the shingles due to manufacturing defects. Mr. Horan removed a sample of shingles and submitted to Owens-Corning for warranty adjustment, and Owens Corning made a prorated allowance valid toward purchase of Owens-Corning replacment shingles. The roofing removal and replacement work was scheduled when I requested, and completed in 2 days as promised (the crews worked from dawn until dark stopping only for lunch). The gutter replacement was done in one day about a week later. Mr. Horan was punctual for every meeting we had from the initial meeting, and throughout the work itself. He was always available and responsive by phone or e-mail throughout, and kept me informed throughout the project. He was extemely helpful in working with Owens-Corning to submit the warranty claim materials/kit before the project started, and in bringing by product samples for us to see beforehand. He is very knowlegable regarding the products and procedures. Clean-up at the end of the project was very good, and he was very prompt in making some corrections which I requested at the end of the project. He seemed to be truly concerned that we would be absolutely satisfied with the final results of the project and in causing as little interference as possible with our normal activities from the trucks and other equipment.

Everything went as planned. The job was done right and on time. They left no mess and everything was cleaned up after the job.

They came out and gave me an estimate, but said that a sapling was in the way and didn't think they would be able to do the work. So, I cut down the sapling so they could do the gutter work and we never got a date set. I had to make all the phone calls, they never called me. After I did that, they told me that gutter work isn't their specialty. Not a very good experience.

It went beautifully. The estimator, Chip, was thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. Enjoyed him. He answered questions, brought samples, made two trips, and otherwise did all he could to help us--even though we have a smaller house that wasn't going to make them a huge profit. They did their best to work us in a little early (we had a couple of leaks in the old metal roof) and their workers came when Chip said they would. We asked them ahead of time to pile the old metal in one spot in the yard and clean up the screws, which they did with magnets. They followed up to make sure we were happy. We were. I'd recommend them highly.

I worked with Jason at Premier from the beginning to the end. I have a very busy schedule and Jason was more than patient in working with me texting, emailing and calling in order to communicate all that was necessary. I had hail damage from the storm in March 2012 and Jason coordinated all the work I needed done - roof, gutters, windows. Each time work was completed, Jason followed up with me to check on how things went, if I was pleased, etc. I have never had a homeowners insurance claim before so Jason also walked me through how that worked but primarily handled all of it. I was very pleased with the work and service.

I'm extremely happy with the roof replacement that Premier did on my house and detached garage. I had storm damage, and the owner Frankie met with my insurance adjuster and stood out in the cold for 2 hours with me explaining everything the adjuster was doing. They worked very well with the insurance company, I could tell they had a good professional relationship. I didn't feel any pressure to do any upgrades, and they were extremely reasonable with their prices. Since my insurance only paid for some of my gutters to be replaced, I elected to pay to replace the other gutters and feel their price was very reasonable. The roofers did an excellent job, and each of the owners Frankie or Chip were onsite at all times to supervise. I really enjoyed working with them both, and the sales man Jason Bass was also very easy to work with and very honest. The crew cleaned up after themselves thoroughly and used a magnet to clean up the nails. They said if I found any nails they would come out and clean up again, but I only found a couple. There is a subcontractor that completed the gutter installs, but he also did a wonderful job and cleaned up as well. This is the second roof they replaced for me, as they had replaced a roof on my rental property last year. I highly recommend Premier, they care about the work they do and they are extremely professional and knowledgeable. After having two other roofing contractors not return my call, I'm so glad I found Premier, they always responded promptly and were extremely courteous.

They did a great job. They worked with us very well and with the insurance company. They did the work when they said they would.

I'm extremely happy with the job performed by Premier Roofing. I contacted them for an assessment of my roof following all the storms we've had lately. I was advised that I needed an entire roof replacement. My project coordinator, Karen Hackett, was very helpful in explaining all my options and worked with my insurance company to make the process go as smoothly as possible. Their roofing crew was punctual, courteous, knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. They were also very thorough in cleaning up the areas around the house after the work was completed. You can tell that the entire staff at Premier Roofing takes pride in doing a good job. I would highly recommend them for any of your roofing needs.

Premier Roofing did an excellent job replacing my roof and the siding on two dormers. I worked with Jason Bass and he was very professional and was more than willing to answer all my questions and made sure that everything was done correctly. This is one of the best experiences I have had with a contractor and I recommend this company highly. One the day of the roof job, Jason and both of the owners came to my residence and at least one of the owners was there all day supervising the roofing crew. They were fast, did a great job, and cleaned everything up very well. I will definitely recommend them to anyone I can. Thanks again for a job well done!

I am very pleased to say we had an outstanding experience with Premier Roofing. They gave us a quote when we asked for it, which was very, very reasonable (unlike other quotes we received). This was an insurance claim due to hail damage to our roof. Premier is used to working on insurance claims and are very patient and more than willing to work with you through the long and cumbersome insurance process. We worked with Jason Bass at Premier Roofing. It was really a pleasure to work with Jason from the very start and throughout the entire process. He is very honest and a man of his word. Everything happened when he said it would with no delays. Jason always returned our calls or e-mails immediately and answered any and all questions that we had throughout the process. Jason kept us informed and communicated with us regularly. The crew that did the work was very professional and completed the new roof in two days (which was a very large and steep roof with multiple peeks). The crew covered and protected our home, pool and landscaping during the roofing process and did a very good job of cleaning up both days before they left for the day. We are very, very pleased and happy with our new roof. It looks great and the quality of the work is outstanding. Premier also stands behind their work and warranties their workmanship. They had another company that came and replaced all of our gutters and downspouts and they too did an outstanding job and were done within a couple of hours. I was very pleased with Premier Roofing. I got about 10 estimates before I came back to them. They didn't give me the cheapest price but their price was very good. John Fielden, one of their sales reps., was very patient with me and allowed me time to make my decision without pressuring me. Work was done promptly and with good quality. Crew was polite. They cleaned up after themselves. The owner and John both came by to check on the progress of the job that day. I am very happy with my new roof and don't have to worry now every time it rains.

Provided lowest estimate and were good to deal with. We also got quotes from Bone Dry and SmithCo. Representatives were professional and we were happy with the roof work. The sub-contractor for the copper flashing took way too long and never did come to pick up the copper scraps they left. However, the work from Premiere was very good and we would recommend them.

They did an outstanding job from estimate to cleanup. Everyone was very friendly and professional and they started the job in a reasonable amount of time after I hired them. Once the work started the company owner even stopped by to introduce himself and see how the job was going. The estimate was right on so there were no additional charges or surprises.

We called a few other providers and got shoddy response time when it came to actually showing up for an estimate. One company changed appt. three times. And two other companies gave us estimates that included removal of the ONE layer of shingles even though we told all we called that we did not want the ONE layer removed. Not Premier. Set appt., called to remind and showed up. Wrote an estimate that was fair compared to the other three we received. Helped us choose colors. Work was done timely, workmen cleaned up and all is well.

Our roof was damaged in recent storms, and our insurance company approved a replacement. We met with three different companies, and Premier seemed to have the best mix of quality and affordability. They worked with our budget to replace the roof and add some vents, and rep. John Fielden gave some helpful advice about the best/most cost effective venting options. The roof was replaced in one day, and Premier did a good job. Thus far, we've had no problems with the roof, and it looks good. Fielden also helped us make sure our insurance company had all the proper paperwork. They responded to calls within a reasonable time, and scheduled the work within a reasonable time as well. I'd use them again.

The roof replacement was done on 8/6/12 and was about as perfect as you can get. No problems at all. it took awhile but the siding and windows were repaired and look good. Everything matches. It then took over two months to get the gutters and downspouts replaced. When the downspouts were replaced, there were installed in a very dumb way. I phoned them and had to meet with the owner to show him before I could get it done right. It was very annoying that the work took so long to get done. Cancelled appointments again and again. I thought I was going to have to fire them in order to get my work completed but they came through a week before I was going to cut them loose. Given this problem, I can't honestly recommend this company for gutter work. However, the roof work was great and the siding work was great.

I received quotes from several local companies before contacting Premier Roofing. I worked with Karen who was extremely friendly, professional and responsive. She gave me a very reasonable estimate, the work was performed within the time-frame that she indicated, and was within budget. They did an excellent job of cleaning up the job site, and Karen even followed up more than once to ensure I was happy and help me get connected with chimney and gutter specialists. They were a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone in their service area.

The sales rep was prompt, cheerful and courteous. All work was done per contract.
