Description of Work: Premier Roofing is better than other Angie's List Roofers. Their bid was the best, Chip was easy to work with, and his crew did a great job. I had to work the day the roof was replaced, and Chip texted me pictures of their progress throughout the day. Chip is honest and trustworthy. My neighbor initially recommended a different Angie's List roofing company to me. That roofing company told me one thing over the phone and then quoted me a higher price in their contract. I said no thanks, and called Premier Roofing, and they beat the other Roofer's bid, were honest and easy to work with, and did a great job. Definitely ask Chip at Premier Roofing to give you a quote before considering other Roofers.

Description of Work: Once they came out to assess the project and went over the details, it appeared as if it wasn't their main type of work. They said the Tune-Up was related only to shingle roofs. I have a rubber membrane flat roof as well as shingle, but the problem was on the rubber part. They don't offer that service for the rubber roof so I asked if I could get the fee back and they explained it was not their money...to ask Angie's List instead. When I checked the fine print...it indeed said only for shingle roof types. I had not seen that when purchasing. They seemed nice, but it's just a miscommunication/misunderstanding.

Description of Work: The roof inspection went well, they did a thorough job, recommended some maintenance, and did not try to sell me things that I did not need. I will definitely use them again!

Description of Work: I purchased a$49 roof check up from premier roofing. The company representative was Jason Bass. Jason determined that my leak issue was due to the chimney cap. He sent Customer 1st out. They measured and scheduled a date to install. They cancelled that date. We scheduled another date and cancelled that date. At that point, I told Jason, I would find someone else to do the job.

Description of Work: Frankie came out promptly in follow-up to our inquiry about a roof replacement. He was prompt, curteous and EXTREMELY knowledgeable, more so than several other roofers we spoke with about a total roof replacement. We wanted solar reflective shingles and he took the time effort to get samples of Solaris Landmark Platinum shingles in for us to view. We also wanted to go with ridge vents which he advised we did not really need given our present ventilation. In order to implement the ridge vents we needed to close some gables at the ends of the roof. He told us his team could not do that but recommended a contractor. We preferred to go with a team that could do it all instead of two independent jobs so we did not go with his company. In retrospect we should have taken his advice more seriously. I liked his forth rightness and promptness. I definitely suggest you give this company a call and listen closely to their advice. Their price was very much in line and competitive with other bids we received.

Description of Work: Put on a complete roof however the roof is now leaking and can not get ahold of anyone to repair it.

Description of Work: I had a total roof replacement. Premier Roofing was exceptionally helpful in walking through the process of dealing with an insurance claim. It was the first home owners claim I had ever been part of. They made everything a lot less painful. The showed up on time and finished all work within a day. I was very impressed and would absolutely use them again.

Description of Work: Premier Roofing put a brand new roof on my house which had been slightly damaged in the April storms. Insurance covered the cost of that roof and also a new roof on an outbuilding. I checked out Premier Roofing and also a couple of other roofers. I called Chip for an estimate because he is a customer of mine and he told me how wonderful Angie's List was. He was right. I was able to compare his roofing business with others. It didn't matter that I knew him as a customer first. Premier was beyond compare. He came out with tons of samples and left them to look at with my brick. Then he came out again to finalize my choices. When it was time to get the work done, he and his crew were right on time, very efficient and all the work was done the same day. They installed a ridgeline ventilation system to replace the old boxes and such. It's a much cleaner look and works very efficiently. I had lost a couple pieces of soffitting also, and while it really wasn't something that Chip handled as part of his roofing work, he carried my pieces around with him for months looking for a replacement. It turned out there was nothing available in that color from the 70's but he was able to find something to work and I am very pleased. The soffitting is in an inconspicuous place so the color doesn't matter. I'm very happy with the work done by Premier Roofing , Chip and his crew. I highly recommend them to all of you who might be reading this report.

Description of Work: I called Premier yesterday about a leak and they came out this morning on time. They recommended another company because of the type of leak. Their candor and referral was much appreciated.

Description of Work: I had Premier roofing come out to estimate a leak in my roof. They offered a very reasonable estimate (compared to other estimates I had.) They were prompt and professional. Best of all, they gave me the option of a "quick fix" for free, simply because they would be in the neighborhood working on another job anyway. I'll give this quick fix some time and have Premier do the roof more fully later if/when this quick fix doesn't work.
