+ 0 moreSpoke to local representative who quoted a reasonable price after a little negotiation. After that everything was seamless with transaction. They called when they were on their way to deliver the POD and I gave them only a two day notice to pick it up. Would not hesitate to use them again.
Description of Work: Delivered POD, climate controlled storage and, returned POD.

+ 0 moreBoth times we had the pods delivered they had the doors on the wrong end and after we emptied the pods the last time it took over a week to get them picked up and out of the way. Stick with traditional movers.
Description of Work: Provided two pods prior to putting our house on the market, stored them for a month, and then delivered to our new house.

+ 0 moreGreat experience. Dropped the POD off with no problem. Fit in the parking space with no problem. Let me know they were coming ahead or time via an automated call as well as a personal call from the driver. POD was in good shape. I packed it and they picked it up, storing it for 4-5 months at their storage center. Had it delivered to new location and it was in great shape. I unloaded it and they picked it up. Most of my interaction was done online, via their website. The people I've talked to were great. They let me know what was happening and did a good job. Everything I had stored was returned to me in great shape.
Description of Work: Dropped a POD off at old location, picked it up, stored it for 4-5 months, and delivered it to new location where it was unloaded.

+ 0 moreThey called the night before, I missed the call they left an automated message, the automated message then called back again to give me a time frame and for me to confirm that I heard the time frame. My time frame was between 6:30-9:30 AM. They actually arrived at 6:00AM. The gentleman driving the truck called me to tell me he was there. He waited for me to get dressed and come out then he gave me suggestions on where he thought was the best place to put it, even though I had told them where I wanted it on the phone. He said I wouldn't be happy with it where I wanted it and why. I appreciated and took the suggestion. I asked to have the POD picked up within two days of delivery and the same gentleman came to pick it up no problems. Off it went to storage.
Description of Work: The PODS service rep suggested the different size PODS I would need for my home. They explained the pricing, how and when I would be charged from the time of delivery. They explained how and when the POD would be delivered and asked where I would like the POD placed.
