Phoenix Environmental Services, LLC is a locally owned company specializing in environmental consulting, sampling and abatements in commercial and residential indoor environments. Owner and Operator, Joe Haas, is a family man who opened his company after years of management and hands-on experience in the restoration and environmental industry. He is an IEP (Indoor Environmental Professional) certified in mold testing/protocol/remediation for residential and commercial properties, certified specialist in asbestos inspection/testing and abatement, and a NADCA certified air systems cleaning specialist. Our business goal is to provide professional consultation and environmental sampling data to homeowners, business owners, property management groups, real estate professionals, construction companies and restoration businesses to help make sound decisions to restore properties back to pre-loss condition.

Joe is very knowledgeable when it comes to mold. By performing his full work up, he was able to estimate the cause of the mold. Which in this case was our HVac system. He was very professional and friendly, and even if you don't quite understand the mold lingo, he will explain it to you in a way to help make sure you understand everything! If I could give more stars I would! If anyone that I come in contact with needs of a professional mold air quality specialist. I'm recommending Joe from Phoenix Environmental without hesitation!
