Great experience. Bart and Heather were very easy to work with in terms of estimates (no-nonsense), scheduling, training the dog, and accommodating special requests about fence placement. Came in and set up the fence in about 6 hours. Cleaned up / replaced ground / burried lines / caulked -- good as before installation. They could not have been more helpful in working with our schedules, and in taking the time to explain how the system works and how our dog will respond. I looked at two other competitors and what made me pick Pet Stop was a) non-aggressive sales approach, b) very competitive procing up front (others wanted to hear and quot;what's the best price you have and we'll match itand quot;) c) recommendations of friends and our kennel, d) batteries (they'll don't pressure you into buying their batteries) and e) strong history of local installations.
