+ -1 moreTerrible, Donald Cutler is a thief and Perma Crete doesn' care.
Description of Work: Perma Crete hires independent contractors to do concrete work, such as re-finishing plain concrete into decorative concrete. However, Perma Crete takes NO responsibility for their sub-contractors, such as Donald Cutler in the Denver area after he cashed my up-front check and never did the work. I have contacted Perma Crete several times, but they claim Donald Cutler is an independent contraactor and it's my tough luck he stole my money. I spoke to the "Sales Manager", and he was rude and told me I was taking his valuable timeby complaining about this issue. His name is George Pinger at 800-607-3762, ext. 265. I would never again give up-front money to anyone to do a job for me, no matter what the circumstances are. Perma Crete does not extend credit to thei contractors, that should tell you something.

concrete repair
+ -1 moreI called this franchise of Perma Crete and made an appointment for them to come to make a bid on work to be done at my home. They no showed. I called again, made an appointment and this time they came out. I explained what I wanted done. They said they would measure the area, work out the pricing and call me within 4 to 5 days. I looked out after walking into the house and they were already gone. They could not possibly have measured as the area included steps and a patio area that would require time to correctly measure. Ten days later I called back requested a price. Nothing! It is now 3 weeks later and still no contact or bid from them. Totally unprofessional. I wouldn't let them do the work now if they did call! Beware of this contractor.
Description of Work: Never did any work. Didn't even respond with a bid. The product looks very nice on the Company Web site, but this franchise contractor is not representing the Home office very positively.
