Performance Films of Tennessee

I submitted a quote request June 13th, sent follow up message June 18th, and still have not received a response. The project is small but thought would have at least had a follow up response by now. I have confirmation emails from Angielist that request went through. Angielist staff actually called today and apologized for the non responsiveness and gave me another company to go to.

The Performance Films staff exceeded my expectations in every way. They took my car in immediately after I arrived for may appointment, they finished the work in well under an hour and the quality of the workmanship was outstanding. I've had window tint installed on other cars using other companies, and they were OK, but none came up to Performance Films' standard for speed, price and quality of installation. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Workmanship, price, and customer service are all outstanding. This is another great experience that has restored my faith in downtown Nashville businesses. Performance Film is also scrupulously honest. At first I was thinking of having the door windows re-tinted to match, due to an apparent scratch on one. Their rep examined the area and revealed to me that it was actually a scratch on the exterior of the glass, and the previous tint was still OK. Other less ethical businesses might have taken the opportunity to oversell an unsuspecting customer. Because of his honesty, as well as a good job done cheerfully and perfectly, I am now going to make sure he gets MORE business from me and my friends, so I am spreading the word and am now planning bring in another car for premium-quality, all-round tinting.
