+ -1 moreDid not charge me and said that he would transfer info from my exisiting hard drive to new one for nothing! Saved me the 69.00 diagnostic fee and my time.
Description of Work: Brought in my laptop that would not boot after I left it running all night. Technician took battery out and held power button for a while tried to reboot with power cord [ like I read online } only the power light came on, none of the drives and he told me what I feared, that it was the motherboard which means get a new one.

Description of Work: I used PC Dude for computer repair services. 36$ for a complete hard drive. They took everything off my hard drive, put a new one in and put all my information back for 36 bucks! Oh yes, I would use them again in the future.
