+ -1 moreI am very happy with the response to any and all question and concerns. The guys at Paramount never seemed upset or burdened by my questions or excitement. They were patient with my changes as I also lived and worked in the house as they worked. They were in constant contact with my children and myself.
Description of Work: After the 2010 floods, we needed extensive work performed on our home in Smyrna, TN. The concrete floor had to be releveled after another company installed a drain system and left the floor completely unusable. We all so had extensive plumbing under the concrete floor that needed to be reworked and rebuild to finish. We had subflooring raised on other end of house and a new bath installed. All work was completed by Paramount. The guys from Paramount came out and gave us an estimate and suggestion for the repairs we desired. Tim, one of the owners, visited our home or called on a daily basis to check on the progress and answer any concerns we may have. They were flexible and able to adjust as we needed. We will be using the again!
