Overhead Door Company of Nashville™

I got to know them as their sticker was over my fence. Their pricing was pretty adequate for the work they performed. I would use them again in the future.

Everything turned out good. We chose them because that was what our other opener was. We keep our garage doors consistent and didn't want to have multiple openers for the same door. They said what they were going to do and they did it.

After looking up the number of Overhead Door in the Yellow Pages, I called and requested service. I explained that the door had "crashed" when it was coming down. I indicated that one of the cables on the side of the door had snapped. The person answering asked if it was a single or double door, and if a car was stuck inside. (There was no car inside.) He took the necessary information-name, address,etc-for service. As it was after lunch he was unable to schedule anyone until the next day. On January 6 at 8:30 a.m. the technician, DW, called and indicated he would be there around noon. He called right before noon and wanted to know if we would be at home. We were, and he was there in about 15 minutes. He assessed the situation and noted that the master spring had snapped and would require replacement. Within an hour or less a new spring was installed, the door was adjusted, its closing tested, and he was on his way. I did not get DW's full name, but one could not have asked for a more pleasant person to represent a company.
