I have used Outdoor ProWash several times over the years and I have always been extremely satisfied with their service. I recently purchased the "soft wash" package and George and his team were responsive, allowing me to schedule the service at my convenience and providing great communication before, during, and after the work being done. They provided me with a quote, so I was able to budget the work and everything I would need as a customer, from a description of the work that would be done to an invoice after the work was completed, was provided. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend this company. They are reliable and do excellent work.

Due to rain, final staining & sealing was delayed but they came here in between to check wood drying process (it was a 45 minute drive for them so I appreciate the effort & extra service). Cooper post caps looked bad, but again this company went the extra mile buying replacements...they also tried a specialty cleaner which made them/everything like new. My neighbors were already complimenting on the work before the job was done. I won’t hesitate to recommend them or use them in the future.

It was extremely easy and convenient to set up an appointment via email. They did a great job with just the basic wash, when other services tried to"upsell" me on unnecessary steps and add-ons and bait and switch pricing. Outdoor Prowash was straight forward, competitively priced, and provided great service. I will use them again.

George takes pride in his work and does whatever it takes to keep a customer happy. We are thinking about selling our house and George noticed out brick mailbox needed cleaning. Without being asked he cleaned it for us and the mailbox along with the house look brand new.

I have used Outdoor Pro Care twice. On both occasions after George got done pressure washing our home it has looked brand new. George is the type of person who really takes pride in his work and it shows. He is very through and does the little extra that makes you want to continue to use him in the future. For example he cleaned our brick mailbox (without being asked) because he knew we were thinking about selling our home and it looked dirty. If outside appearance helps in the sale of our house I have George to thank. If we remain in the area I will most certainly call George again.

There is a chance that some of the water solution dripped a shrubs causing dead spots but I don't know that for sure. I dont wamt to ay nlae but it did occur at the same time so I wonder. I was told by another recomended company that this shoud not happen.

We wash hundreds of houses per year in addition to all of the wood staining, concrete sealing, commercial cleaning, etc. We clean many houses once or twice a year and we really love our repeat customers.
