 + -1 moreBrian Smith is the kind of contractor we have been wanting to find for a long time. We have used 4 other contractors in the past 5 years for different interior rennovation projects and Brian is the only contractor we would use again. He was very professional and easy to work with. He is friendly, easy to talk to, and has good people skills. He was very knowledgeable. He arrived on time, communicated with us regularly, was always prompt to return calls and answer questions, and kept us updated and informed along the way. He completed the work in a timely manner. We would highly recommend his services.
Description of Work: Brian Smith of New Earth Builders met with us and drew up a plan for a 10 X 14 cedar outbuilding. He gave us a very detailed estimate of the project, which we accepted. He took care of all of the metro codes applications including the historical zoning approval required for our neighborhood. His company built a really quality, nice looking outbuilding that compliments our landscaping and yard instead of being an eyesore like most outbuildings are. Brian's construction is far beyond that of other contractor's work that we looked at and he was one of the only contractors we contacted that was willing to take care of the permit applications, surprisingly enough. The building is solid and well anchored, unlike other local pre-built and build-on-site storage building businesses.
