Description of Work: Emilio and Zai (project supervisors) were both professional and personable from start to finish and very responsive to any concerns we expressed. They offered a free inspection after spotting damage on our roof from the street, then re-inspected the roof with our insurance agent to share their observations. (Our insurance co. paid for replacement value and we paid additionally for some upgrades.) The roofers themselves were diligent and conscientious, and in addition to using a rolling magnet, even crawled on their knees to look for roofing nails around plantings, etc. (we still found some later, but I think that is going to be inevitable).
