Description of Work: I purchases an $89 deal but there aren't any providers to honor the "deal".

Description of Work: New Roof(Looks Great) and the only problem was I didn't get my inside ceiling fixed as promised. Otherwise Jeff Richfield(owner) is a very nice guy.

Description of Work: The provider repaired some siding on the back of my house. There seemed to be a huge communication issue with the company. Several different people showed up at several different times to assess the project. It appeared that none of them were communicating. | |They attempted to bill me for new materials when none were used. It was a very confusing ordeal.

Description of Work: I have hesitated filling out this form as I wanted some time to pass to allow me to be calm and less upset with the whole mess. I will try to leave out the nittygritty details. I purchased deal October 2013 and final work was not completed until Mid-April 2014. There were several trips made to our house starting with the first visit by James to see the project and suggest solutions to us. That first visit was awesome and I felt so good about the work being done. James was very knowledgeable and made some great suggestions and said they would be able to solve all drainage issues. |The first workers showed up unexpectedly and briefly saw my husband who told me when I got home that they had been there. After that install day they had to come back multiple times to correct things. Downspouts. One large one in the wrong location. No downspouts where there should have been one and one down spout that was never asked for into an obviously non sloped area that caused standing water next to the house. This all occurred over the winter months when I was traveling and then dealing with personal health issues. I never knew when someone would be there and all rework was performed when no one was home, thus errors kept occurring. The last visit was the only one where I actually got to meet the worker and confirm that the correct things were done. |I would like to think this is not the norm with this company and that our project turned into simply a series of miscommunications.I am certain they lost money on the deal with all of the re-do trips and materials. The comm with them via phone or email was always pleasant and seemingly accommodating, but certainly exceedingly frustrating. And after all was said and done, we still needed someone to correct one of the first issues I had thought was being addressed but since I couldn't climb on the roof myself AND I wasn't there for most all of the work I did not realize had NOT been done until I was home during a large rainstorm and my brother pointed out that this particular gutter was still the old original one. I gave up and have called someone else to fix that. |Communication and actually getting the work done to match the original plan seems to be the biggest challenge with this company. Quality of work is fine but getting it done in a timely, accurate and non-exasperating manner seemed to be impossible in our experience with Music City Roofers. Please note: I consider professionalism to include all aspects of my experience with any company. They were responsive in the beginning and once they knew there were problems, but sending workers to show up and work unannounced and to leave without confirming the work was satisfactory is not professional behavior. And it was that lack of professional behavior that ultimately caused all of the errors. I chose not to call them back to fix the last problem because I was simply finished with dealing with them. I had never actually received a diagram or contract as to the work to be performed, so I really had no recourse anyway. I assumed the job was simple enough that they didn't deem a diagram necessary but I did not expect any work to be performed without me present. I have never had work done on my home without being present so that there was no confusion as to where and what work was being done. This was obviously my biggest mistake...I should have received something in writing with diagrams upon their arrival to start work, but since I wasn't there to ask for it, it never happened and because of the total mess the job continued to be, I wasn't thinking clearly any longer and just wanted it FINISHED CORRECTLY. I should have asked for a diagram and detailed statement of work. Again, my mistake and I know many folks would say I was an idiot for not demanding it. I honestly didn't think of it until after it became so messed up. Like I said. My mistake. I would suggest that everyone ask for a detailed description in writing with DIAGRAMS before any work is performed. I have certainly learned a lot from this experience.

Description of Work: Showed up with stale muffins trying to sale me a roof. When I explained why he was there he said he would have a worked come take a look. I found out from other family meets that they showed up on were on my roof hammering. I Never received a written estimate as to what was needed and would not have used this co. Very unhappy

Description of Work: we were seeking an estimate on a patio rood - we decided to go a different direction, but the team at Music City were very quick, gave a great estimate, were very friendly and professional - I would definitely refer any of my friends to them.

Description of Work: i purchased this to have my roof checked out- my one stipulations was a 1hr advance notice- as i have a 9mo old daughter and 3 very large dogs. They sent someone who just showed up- and i asked him if he could return in the afternoon. He never returned, they called a couple of times but never sent anyone or followed through and the work was never done. Complete waste of time- i can't imagine what it would have been like had i really had an issue. They seem like nice people but very disorganized and unreliable. i waited several months before completing this review or requesting a refund to give them ample time to get someone out here- time to hire another company.

Description of Work: The owner met me personally to go over the products he offered and showed me the company's impressive credentials. It was days until he gave me a quote on the roof that was thousands of dollars less than other quotes I received! I approved, and the work was done from our first meeting to a beautiful roof in about a week and a half. So thankful for this group of people!

Description of Work: MCR replaced my roof and gutters. They used the best materials and even did more then the insurance company paid me for.

Description of Work: MCR did a great job removing and installing and upgrading me to a 30 year lifetime shingle. 15LB Felt, starter shingles, ice and water shield, flashings and roof jacks, ridge vents, gutters all the way around,, siding, soffit, fascia and AC combs.
