The quality of the work was great. Even though I can no longer use their service, I do recommend them if your lawn frequency needs can meet their terms. Again, great quality work. They were also very prompt and courteous in responding to my e-mail inquiries. There was miscommunication about the service. I asked for service once every 10 days but was receiving it every 7 days unbeknownst to me. I received only 1 invoice for the month of May on June 1 and was startled to learn that 5 visits had occurred instead of the expected 3. I questioned them about the frequency difference between what I requested and what I received and not knowing about it until after an entire month had passed--a 5-week month to boot (very expensive). It was only at this point that it was fully explained how their service plan worked, and I concede their point that to them a 7-10 day service means they strive for 7 but may push out to 10 due to weather as opposed to my need and understanding and specific request that it be exactly a 10-day service request (in other words, the 7-10 day service was your choice of 7 or 8 or 9 or 10 day frequency--not so). However, other providers can meet the exact frequency chosen; it's just not the practice of this provider which is perfectly okay and a fair business practice once you know about it. Again, they do great work--just understand the difference in their service definition vs. your own expectation and experience.

Music City Lawn Care has been taking care of my property for years. They are reliable and affordable and do a great job and everything looks great. They are incredibly consistent. Quality work every time.

The service was phenomenal! Arrival time was 15 minutes early (which I was very impressed by). They even entertained my dogs that were running around! Work was done in a timely manner and my back yard looks wonderful, despite the weather that we have been having lately! I also gave their contact info to my mother who also is looking for some work in the coming warming months, and he also spoke with her and is meeting her soon to give an estimate! Great service and best price if seen thus far.

It was a very smooth experience from the initial phone call to the on site work to the payment process.

Have been creative in design, efficient and reliable in their maintenance. The owner, Lyle McClard, is quick to correct any mistakes, which are rare I might add. Very keen on complete customer satisfaction. Great communication skills. Would highly recommend.
