+ -1 moreI love Dar'rell! He has been cleaning our house for 3 years now. He is very good and efficient when he is here. He knows my house and kids well. He knows what areas are more high traffic over others and I feel the price is competitive.

+ -1 moreRefused to return my calls or emails. Waited for two weeks for him to talk to me. He was very rude on the phone and told me he had over 800 customers and I could call Amazon Local and they would refund my money. He did not need my business. I would never recommend his service.

+ -1 moreWe rescheduled for a date in early June. He didn't show up on that day. I phoned the Belvedere Cleaning Service and left two messages. I also emailed and asked to be contacted for an explanation. I was still hoping that there was a reasonable explanation for the absence of the provider. I was never contacted either by phone or email. This is disappointing. I've hired many many cleaners during my 50 years of cleaning house. This was an exemplary provider until all communication stopped.
Description of Work: At that time, the provider rescheduled because he was unable to clean my house. He has been cleaning my house for 9 months and has always been very thorough, professional and responsive.
