Never received a call back
Description of Work: I wanted to add another report of non-response for this company. I have called twice on different occaisions and left a detailed message and to this date have not heard back from them. Perhaps Mr. Mover needs to invest in a new answering machine or better yet an actual person to field calls.

Member, Sorry IF I have missed any calls from you. We just finished with the end of the month which is the busiest time for moving companies. Because of this I have been working on the moving truck a lot more than usual. I do not have any messages from you (or at least under your name) on voicemail or on my call sheets. I don't doubt that I've missed a call from you but, I'm very good about returning calls and your name has not been on any messages or call sheets. The only other time and the only other report about not being able to contact us was from a little over a month ago when I was out of town with my family and relatives because of a death in the family. I was gone for a little more than a week. Unfortunately, my voicemail filled up as I was occupied dealing with some important family matters. Please reconsider your negative feedback, we take our Angieslist rating very serious. I apologize if we missed your call, we're a smaller privately owned and operated business and unfortunately things like that can happen from time to time. Sincerely, Jason Champion 615-383-3533

Angie's list sucks.
Description of Work: Two young men moved lots of stuff in 3 hours, inclucing travel time across town. They worked fast and were obviously trying to get finished asap. Very good job. Cheaper than renting a truck and trying to find volunteers.

Smooth and without a hitch.
Description of Work: Just as I had read in other reviews, two guys showed up & worked their butts off the entire time. Even though they were being paid by the hour, the guys were almost always running up the ramp into the truck to get the next box/piece of furniture. With each trip, they carried far more than looked comfortable and managed to negotiate my staircase without a scratch.
