We booked this company approximately three weeks out and then had to move our closing date to one week sooner. They were very accommodating of the change. They arrived on time with two trucks and six men and got us moved in about 2 1/2 hours. We had the contents of a four bedroom house. They were fast and careful. Nothing was even scratched. I recommend getting Race as your crew leader if at all possible. He works hard, is very professional, and has the respect of those under his supervision.

It was the best moving experience I have ever had moving. They were good.

The employees of Motivated Movers were friendly and polite. They arrived on time and were extremely efficient. I have used other moving companies before but this was the best experience. I will definitely use this company again!

The 3 men crew arrived on time and got right to work. They were very professional and friendly but did not "chat" much as they were working. They had everything loaded in the truck in about an hour and then unloaded at the storage center in less than an hour. They worked well together and asked questioins if they needed to know about something which is a good thing instead of making a mistake while guessing. It was raining so I was a little worried about them unloading some furniture in the rain but when I asked about it they said they had wiped the items off since it was just a short distance from the truck to the storage entrance. I think that the price was very fair for the hard work these men did. I will be hiring them again when we sale and buy the new home. This was the first time I have used a moving company and I am glad it was a good experience.

They were friendly, professional and punctual. They worked quickly and got the job done sooner than we had expected. There were a coupld of items that were damaged, but they were more than happy to fill out a damage report and make sure that they made us whole for the damage. I would use them again.

Definitely mediocre. The move team was three young guys -- I'd guess college students or recent grads. Very polite, but seemingly unprepared and overwhelmed by what they found the job to be when they arrived at my house. They arrived early, which was great, and worked without stopping for about 6 hours. On the good side, the guys worked really hard and were careful with my furniture. Nothing was damaged, and there were several very large antique pieces that required special care. They also tried valiantly to move a large platform bed up the stairs of the new house. Ultimately, they were not able to do so and it had to be taken back to the first location. They did that without complaint. On the down side, they arrived with no packing materials and apparently had no idea they were supposed to pack anything fragile. I ended up going to the U-Haul store and purchasing more materials, then doing most of the fragile packing myself. After about two-thirds of the house was on the truck, they started asking if there was anything else I wanted moved. This may have been because there were a few pieces being left for staging, but they definitely gave the impression that they were anxious to be done with the job and on to something else. (They did tell me that they had a second job booked for the same day as my move.) Despite the fact that my boxes were labeled for particular rooms, most ended up stacked in two rooms at the back of the new house, in piles that towered over my head -- and with boxes marked "fragile" at the bottom of the piles. This made unpacking more difficult than necessary, and a little bit dangerous, too. Bottom line: I would recommend them for a smaller job and confirm before the day of the move that they will bring packing materials and be prepared to stay until the job is finished.

We were on vacation when we got word that we had an offer on our home and that the buyer wanted to close the day after we returned home. The home was staged with furniture and the tools needed to keep the yard up were stored in the shed out back. My husband called Motivated Movers and they figured out how to work us in on the morning of our closing. They called promptly when they said they would and arrived within 30 minutes of the call. We were packed and ready for the move. My husband, who is disabled, gave them instruction on what was needed and they did it quickly and professionally. We had our own trailer there and they helped us load up for a trip to the dump. They went with my husband to unload the trailer at the dump. Then they returned and loaded the trailer with all the items they couldn't carry on their truck, such as plants, gasoline, weed killer, bug spray, etc. They brought the remainder of the items in their truck to our new home which was a mile away. The unloaded everything, including the trailer and placed everything exactly where we wanted it. It took them under two hours to do everything and they came in well under their estimate. The price included in this review is for more than they charged us because we felt they were worth it and so we paid them more. They were pleasant and helpful. Kind and courteous. Careful of our belongings. Knowledgable about the laws governing what can be put into a moving truck and what can't. Overall we cannot say enough good things about them.

I contacted Motivated Movers via email. They responded promptly and set up a time to execute the move immediately. They arrived on time, were professional and polite, and moved the piano. They were efficient and had a simple payment process They moved the piano out one door, onto a porch and in another door. - great experience.

From the first phone call through payment of the bill these guys were great. Polite, great follow-thru. We'd never hired movers before but after a certain age hauling boxes of books and bulky items is just not that feasible. These hard working young men surpassed our expectations. I would reccomend them to anyone. A great value.

Wonderful experience! They did an initial free estimate and recommended we hire the team of 3 movers. They had our 3 BR/3BA home packed up in the truck by 10 am (they arrived just before our agreed-upon 8 am start time), and they had all the furniture moved into the new house by 1:15 pm. We had multiple bulky and antique pieces of furniture, and both houses were two-story, so there were lots of stairs involved. Everything went very smoothly. The guys were total pros and very polite. I noticed that they would jog back to the truck when they were empty-handed, even towards the end of the day. This kind of hustle was really appreciated and I thought it was above and beyond, since we were paying by the time it took them. I'd definitely use them again (although I hope we're done moving for awhile!) and I will certainly recommend them to others. They also pointed out the coupon on the website, which saved us some additional cash. Even without the extra discount, I thought the price was extremely reasonable for the services performed, and I really appreciate their help.
