The estimate was high. They were also very bad in returning phone calls and staying in touch. So, I ultimately decided not to use them.

Both times I have used Morton's they were extremely professional, courteous, punctual, and fair. I was so thankful for his help and will definitely be using Morton for any plumbing needs in the future. We're so glad to have a plumbing company we can trust.

We never heard back from them and called several times asking for a reply back from someone. Big waste of time. We called another local company and had a much better experience (and have reviewed them).

Morton plumbing was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I called and they were able to find time to get to my house within two hours; they also called before they arrived so that I knew someone was on their way. The plumber who came out (Tim) was friendly, respectful, and patient--he even cleaned out the sink after he was done fixing our drain. They say that they will come back out if the issue persists, but as of right now, it appears to be taken care of. We were very pleased with the promptness and quality of service, and the friendly and accommodating attitude.

We called Morton Plumbing as they were highly recommended by our friends in East Nashville. These guys were amazing. They did not track dirt in, they wore uniforms, they were experts in plumbing (master plumbers). They looked at my old dilapidated water heater and told me how long it would last. They gave me all the information I needed with regard to efficiency, cost, how quickly the water would heat up, how long we'd have hot water if we took several showers, the cost and benefits of a tankless heater, how long the new one would last and how to prevent the pan from flooding our upstairs. It did make sense for us to buy a regular water heater (not tankless). We ended up buying a mid range water heater that has worked great. We had a choice of Rinnai, Rheem, Bosch, and a few others. We would use Morton Plumbing again without hesitation

Josh showed up promptly and worked quickly to assess the problem, answer my questions, and remedy the situation. I never felt like they were trying to add on jobs, but simply make the best suggestions for to correct my problems in the most cost effective way and I really appreciated that. He even reduced his initial estimate for today's visit given he couldn't fix the second sink issue. The prices seemed very fair to me and I appreciated his willingness to answer my questions to help determine best solutions. He also tightened up a main line valve for me, so that it would stop leaking until I fully replace it. Very pleased and will definitely call them back again!

I was leary of calling these guys as someone on Angies had given them an F rating. But I could not get anyone else so I called and they were here the very next day. They arrived and put their booties on their feet so as not to get my house dirty and I really appreciated that. They unclogged both drains in less than thirty (30) minutes. I was very pleased with their work.

OVER MORE 20 YEARS I HAVE HAD TO REPLACE OR REPAIR WORK WHICH THIS COMPANY INSTALLED.THEY DO NO STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK-THEY ONLY BILL YOU FOR RE-DOING IT. ONCE IT WAS DISCOVERED ON AN UNDERGROUND APPLICATION THAT NO PVC CEMENT HAD EVER BEEN USED ON THE JOINT . ON ANOTOHER INSTANCE PIPES MORE THAN 8 FEET BELOW GRADE MYSTERIOUSLY HAD TO BE REPLACED. THEY WILL TELL YOU THAT THEY WILL ARRIVE AT A CERTAIN TIME BUT THAT PROMISE IS FAIRLY WORTHLESS-PARTICULARLY IF IF OMES FORM TH EOWNER'S WIFE MARLA. OVERALL, THEIR PRICES ARE NOT REMOTELY COMPETITIVE, THE WORK IS SOMETIMES POOR AND THEIR WORKERS ARE UNPREPARED AND MESSY . SAVE YOURSELF A PAIN AND LOOK ELSEWHERE

Josh was friendly and professional. He evaluated the problems thoroughly and gave me an estimate for the work. Unlike other plumbers I have hired, he did not try to sell me hundreds (thousands?) of dollars in other work.

Their price was less than they had given me a bid on. It costed a total of about $2200. They were very professional. They had a team of guys that came in and worked for a couple of days. They did extra things that they did not need to do. They were fun to work with. Their price was better than fair. They did a great job.

Morton Plumbing arrived when they said they would. They didn't know what the problem was originally, but they were able perform the work right on the spot with no hassles. They had everything they needed with them.
