The repair lasted 10 days

It went well. Very polite and informative.

We paid him for installation through the builder, he came out and talked to us about the kind of system that he was putting in our house, and he was real friendly, knowledgeable about the different systems. The guys came out when we were having trouble with the system and they were knowledgeable, and helped us but didn't charge us.

The guy called me an hour in advance as he said he would. I was unable to get home in time but he came by and my wife let him in. He made an adjustment to my upstairs unit that had not been cooling as well as the downstairs unit. He changed the "super heat" settings to a lower temperature and I can already tell a difference in my unit. As I said, I was unable to get home to talk over the visit so I called the guy and he was nice and spent about 5 minutes discussing the condition of my units. I live in Spring Hill and I would recommend to any of my neighbors to give MJ Frick a try. Maybe there are better companies out there. I can't say because I'm new to the area but I relied on the reviews on Angie's list and I'm passing on a good review too.

It was good. Well, they did the deal, the Angie's List deal and they did some repair work for me too, so the AC tune up and some repair work. He's on time and there weren't any terrible surprises. He is courteous, his work was quick and I was real pleased.

I was upset about their customer service department regarding to scheduling. At the time of calling in, I have to proactively provide my phone number and address after 10-second pause. They almost hung up the call without taking my phone number and address. After a rescheduling, I provided my phone number and address again. Unfortunately, they did not put the information in their system. When they couldn't make up the appointment on time, they didn't contact with me or at least try. Even they moved around technician to come over after one hour, I was still upset about their customer service because they knew that I have purchased a $55 coupon for AC tune-up(BUT it's for one unit and I didn't realize it) with two units. They didn't tell me upfront until the technician showed up. Either the owner of M J Frick didn't pay well to their customer service or they need to improve their customer service performance.

They were very prompt in reachng out to me to schedule the visit. They arrived on time and very curtious. They reporting one issue with one of my units, stated they jerry rigged something until a more permanent but inexpensive clamp could be put in place. They were supposed to call me back the next day with more details and possibly schedule a follow up visit and quote of materials and labor, but never called back. It has been 2 months and I've heard nothing. The hvac unit seems to be running fine, so I'm not sure how big of an issue. It has been on my mind ever since they visited and I will likely call them to be safe. I expected them to have followed through, but I'm a stickler for prudence.

Very professional and did a very good job. Recommended to my neighbor and I will use this company again.

I got them from Angie's List. The technician was very personable and very nice, the price was very reasonable, I have some moderate doubt because when he came out the first time to do general maintenance and I don't know what he did because I was out of town but after leaving, there was an issue on the intake vent stuck on and I don't know if he detached or rewired anything incorrectly and we had to call him back out, he came back out, they weren't charging us for the visit because they were just out there but they had to replace a relay board in the unit and then after they replaced the relay board and rewired it, the same problem was existing, they realized that they had crossed wires so I don't know if he did that on the first visit or the relay board was bad. I'm very happy with the service and I'll use him again but I have some doubts whether or not the trouble shot an issue and it ended up costing another $220. The service cheque was $55 with an Angie's List special, normally it's $90 and he poured a little bit of freon into the unit but he didn't charge for the repair. I think they're really nice people and I think they're thorough, I'll use them again. The service deal was fantastic.

It went great. They charged me just the coupon amount for the service. The technician that came out was courteous, he cleaned up his mess, he was thorough and he was very fair.

They came in a timely fashion, they were cordial, efficient, and did what they had to do. The unit is working properly.

I purchased a coupon for a/c clean and tune-up. MJ Frick promptly called to set up an appointment. The day of the original appointment was cold and rainy so I rescheduled for following week. They were very accommadating. Unfortunately rain was scheduled for that day also so they came out a day early. The technician arrived as scheduled and performed the service thoroughly. He was friendly and professional. MJ Frick followed up with a call to make sure I was satisfied with the work. I am pleased with this company.

The tech did a thorough job cleaning the unit and preparing it for the summer. I was so impressed, I had them come back out and work on my tankless heater and even singed up for an annual service program.

I participated in the TVA Energy Right program, and decided during that process to replace my old HVAC system. I had previously contacted a few other companies to get estimate on a new HVAC system, and each sent their estimators and provided estimates that I wasn't completely satisfied with. I saw that MJ Frick received good reviews on Angies List so I contacted them to get one last estimate. Imagine my surprise and delight when the owner of the company (Mike) showed up to write the estimate. Mike was very easy to work with, listened to my needs, and made good recommendations based on everything we discussed. The estimate was provided promptly afterwards. It was a great first impression so I decided to go with MJ Frick. We arranged a date and the crew showed up exactly when they said they would, and completed the work promptly and professionally. One of the units was installed in my unfinished basement, and they actually left the space cleaner than they found it when they were done. There was a post installation problem with the downstairs unit, and when that was reported they had someone out to my house the very next morning to fix it. Overall I am very satisfied with the whole process from estimate to work completion.

He installed it and did very well. It was a little bit more expensive than we thought it might be but then we did not discussed what it would cost before hand so we just paid them what they said it cost. It was very good. They have very pleasant employee, his name is Bryan. He explained things very well. He is very personable and did the job that we asked to be done.

Mike Sr. and Jr. are both a pleasure to work with. They each take personal responsibility for the work and follow up consistently. The system is working great, the price was right, and the experience was first rate.

Tech got there on time, showed me what was right, what was wrong and I was happy. Very professional.

Wonderful service! Had a terrible experience with Reese HVAC (examined AC prior to closing on new house and told in tip top condition. Within 24hrs of closing, AC out. Multiple visits later, the tech left with a coil of unattached wires near the broken unit stating that he "needed to go get something from his brother." A rude call from the owner completed the experience.) Frick was referred from a friend. They were prompt, friendly, well spoken and reasonable! Couldn't have asked for more. Did end up replacing the unit but was a much better experience. Wish there was an A+ catagory!

Arrived on time and complet same day. Had to return second day to install return sensor. Very pleased the owner was involved most of the time very professional staff.

He was very professional and the work was done well and on schedule. After one unit had been installed, we had a energy inspection from NES and the inspector highly praised the way our vents in the basement had been wrapped. We've had no problems at all with either of the units that were installed. As promised, our gas bills have dropped enormously due to the heat pumps Mike Frick recommended and installed.

We spent $179 on the package for maintenance of two HVAC units. They were prompt and we thought that they were very thorough.

I was very satisfied with the overall interaction. He was very prompt in coming out. As a matter of fact, he came out the same I asked him for a quote. He gathered the data and basically gave the quote through email and I was fine with it. I had no problems with him.

Great service. Very professional and responsive. Complete turst and confidence and will use them again when I get ready to remodel.
