Description of Work: We hired this company for a regular service call and then had them come out again when there was a problem. Both visits were great and the problem was taken care of.

Description of Work: I had to get siding done on the back addition to my house which is approximately 19'x19' for insurance purposes. I had to get it done quickly so my insurance would not get denied and they came out and got it done in one day! It looks great and there was only one guy that did the entire thing alone and he was great.

Description of Work: Repaired valve in bathtub faucet and installed a new thermostat for the water heater.

Description of Work: I had a slow leak in the space between the washing room and the outer house wall, a space not easily accessible, as I had told the company over the phone. When the plumber came at the appointed time, he said he couldn't get in the narrow space, and coming back with a skinnier guy would cost about $300. He pointed out where exactly the leak was (incorrectly, he just saw water dripping from there) and sold me some epoxy to fix it myself. I had a neighbor boy find the real source of the leak and fix it. I should have paid my neighbor the $59 I had spent on the Big Deal, but he didn't want any money...

Description of Work: Came out next day after call. Upstairs A/C blowing only warm air. Replaced 1 terminal, added 1 pound freon, hosed off condensor coil, charged $70 diagnostic fee, $78.00 for freon, and $45 to replace terminal. Was working fine when he left, but next day A/C quit again. Came back out next day, found another terminal burnt he had missed, fixed it at no charge. Repairman was courteous, prompt, wore shoe covers inside house. Overall, one of my better than average experiences with A/C repair.

Description of Work: I was lied to and they tried to rob me by their deceit. A horrible experience and just one false diagnosis would have cost me $400 which was proven incorrect by 1 other person and 1 other company. So very sad anybody would do this to anyone.

Description of Work: MJ Frick was great! Punctual on the first visit, although it started to pour rain and they had to reschedule the outdoor portion. Rescheduling was easy and again they were punctual and professional. Great providers!
