Description of Work: The MJ Frick service rep arrived at the condo a few minutes before the 11 AM appointment. He covered each point of the advertised HVAC check list. He corrected the stoppage in the condensate line draining the indoor section of the A/C. He discussed with me all his observations and readings the operating unit. He was efficient and professional. By 11:30 AM he was ready to check out the second condo's HVAC. The second unit was about 23 years old. While the unit was still operational he showed me where previous service had been made to extend the life of the compressor. He explained that the remaining life of the unit was limited based on the high current draw. At my request he provided me multiple quotes for new HVAC units at 13 & 15 SEER. He was thorough, competent, polite, and very helpful communicating the overall condition of the two units. I would not hesitate to go back to MJ Frick for future service and to replace my older unit.

Description of Work: I used a big deal purchase for MJ Frick Company. I think I had some additional coolant put into my air conditioning system. My coolant level was low in my air conditioning system. It required an additional 3 or 4 pounds of coolant, which is around $40 or $50 per pound. The big deal was $55. It was close to $250 total.

Description of Work: Special email from Angie's list. A promo for a $49.00 Spring tune up special. Company was nice to deal with. Guy was nice, prompt, professional. Did not extra charge me anything. Didn't find any problems. Will use again.
