+ -1 moreWe had 5 PC's and 1 Mac, all with various problems from Spyware, virus, internet issues, and a busted laptop screen. Also, my work VPN wasn't working right and we had some Wireless issues in our house. He performed all of it on-site except the laptop screen he took that back to work on it. He removed virus stuff that geeksquad, Norton, Mcafee, and more couldn't even touch. Then he showed me some free products that work just as well as those and saved me from those blasted subscription fee's. He came to our house so we didn't have to unhook everything. He fixed it all, and didn't BS us about what he was doing (I watched the whole time). VERY professional and polite. I've used him twice and next time I have a problem he'll be the first I call. Best Buy wanted $300 to just look at the stuff, and before they never fixed anything anyhow. Some other people kind of tinkered with the problems, but never really fixed them completely. I rate the experience as A+ and will use him again IF we ever have problems again!
Description of Work: Had 6 machines with issues - spyware, virus, VPN, wireless, laptop screen, etc. Fixed all machines (5pc's 1 mac), fixed our wireless issues, our busted laptop screen, upgraded a machine, and more. No one else so far had been able to fix our stuff. Used a coupon on his website the first time I used him. He worked 8 hours and only charged me $65 because I was a first time customer.
