Absolutely fantastic. I had contacted Heather after a lousy roofer had left the new shingle install incomplete. They had torn the J channel of the siding and damaged much of the material. I went to Angie's List (Easy Easy ) found Heather's contact under siding with straight A's and did not even consider calling anyone else. We had only one issue at the beginning of the process with my email message going to spam but after a followup phone call, everything went smoothly. Heather was extremely attentive and had to be patient as we worked through my hectic schedule. She called the night before to ensure we were on schedule (well after normal hours). The techs called well in advance to let me know their arrival time. I met them at the site. Both were professional and courteous and were well in to get it done. I didnt have a worry after that and they completed the work before I could return. They left the site clean and did a great job as the craftsmen they are. I will only call Heather for any exterior work I have in the future.

I travel a lot for work so they were able to work with me even though we were never able to meet in person. Weather caused some delays in getting started but the work was completed. It did take a while to finally get the invoice from them.

It went great! We met with Brenda Fielder to discuss what we wanted. She was so friendly, I felt like we were friends. She showed us samples of the colors we were thinking about. We made our decision right then. She emailed me the prices and we set up the day the work would be done, and it was done. No mess, no fuss. Would definitely use again, and have referred them to others.

John was very professional, and thorough. He had a bid quoted for me in one day and followed up to see if I had any further questions. Ultimately he was outbid on price by an equally professional company so I did not hire him, but would certainly consider Mid South in the Future.

They were quick and did a good job and cleaned up the place.

It was wonderful We were unsure about how this might be inconvenient. They organized the remodel by adding the room to the back, then used that area for staging everything else. We never even had to move out of our existing bedroom! Not even as much dust as I expected because they were careful to cover the doors as much as possible with plastic sheeting. We love how everything turned our and the view to the back yard is fabulous!!!

The guy from Mid-South Exteriors was very friendly and helpful. He was quick. My interaction with him was overall positive.

We have used them before and they were great. They do excellent work.They did a good job. They have a particular crew that we know and we like, they were two brothers. I think their price is fair enough. Sometimes it's hard to get in contact with them. If they say they're going to be there, they are.

Even though we did not end up using this particular company for this job, I did like everything about them. The salesman was very personable and knowledgeable; he took the time to answer all of my questions and to explain their products, and to explain exactly what they would do. After taking all of the measurements, he worked up their bid and presented it to us. There was absolutely no pressure, he actually encouraged me to get other bids before we made a decision. When he left, he told me that he would not be calling me to pressure us into a decision, and he has been true to his word. I really like that; high pressure sales tactics are a real no-no with us. As I said, we ended up going with another company that had previously done some siding work for us, but I would not hesitate to call Midsouth again if we had other needs they could fill.

The manager/representative was very nice on the phone. We set up a time for him to come out and take a look at my siding. I had a piece that blew off the house that left a hole in the attic. On the day of our meeting, he simply forgot about our appointment. After calling to remind him, he came right out - which I totally appreciated. He was very courteous and offered a solution that fit within my budget. This was an extremely small job, so I was grateful for his opinion and time. The only reason I gave anand quot;Fand quot; for professionalism is because the actual person they sent out to repair the damage was completely and absolutely rude. From the time he got out of his truck until the time he left, I was treated with disrespect. When I would ask him a question or make a comment, his reply was a grunt or screaming out a and quot;huh?!!and quot; or and quot;What?!!and quot; When he handed me the bill though a crack in the door ( because he had his foot on my storm door so I couldn't open it), he said, and quot;Here's the bill. Whatever.and quot; I responded with an, and quot;Excuse me?and quot;. He then went on to say, and quot;You can mail it in or pay me, I don't care. Whatever.and quot; He then walked to his truck, slammed the door and started eating his lunch. I'm a pretty diplomatic person, but this is unacceptable behavior. This man is on my property and I expect respect, because that's what I'm giving to anyone who shows up to my house. Even though the original rep was very courteous and helpful, I will not be hiring them again. I can not have someone coming to my house acting so rude and unprofessional. This is unfortunate, because I have several exterior projects slated for the future. And let me add, and I'm not sure why but the original rep mentioned this man's age when I asked who was coming out to fix the siding. Let me state, just in case this is used as an excuse, there is NO reason, I don't care what age you are or what hardships a person has had to treat customers like that. If this is the case, then people like this should not be in the customer service field of their company. Put them in an area where they aren't dealing with the public. These people are the and quot;faceand quot; of your company.

Good! The work was done as promised!

Mid South came out promptly and was able to give us an estimate immediately for the required work. He knew all about the weatherstripping - as opposed to the other contractor who came out - and said that he would let us know when the contractor could do the work. It was done within a week to ten days. The siding and stripping looks fantastic! We would definitely use Mid-South in the future.

This is the second time we have used Mid-South Exteriors (two different houses) for replacement windows. We were so impressed with the quality, service and cost the first time, we decided to use them again. For the scope of work, we were very pleased with the price and Mid-South treats it and quot;return customersand quot; well. The Salesperson spent time discussing the options and also walk us through the TVA Energy Audit process to apply for a rebate for the window installation. It is nice to deal with a family owned business that values their customers. We had to wait a little longer than anticipated for the windows to be manufactured, but timing worked out well as we were remodeling other parts of our newly purchased home and Mid-South worked around our schedule once the windows became available.. Windows installation went very well, but we ran into problems with the installation of the interior French Doors. We did not notice until after we had the doors primed and painted, that they did not close properly and seemed to be and quot;out of squareand quot;. When we had the installer come back to make an adjustment, he used what seemed to be a and quot;quick and dirtyand quot; method to make the adjustment and ended up cracking the door casing,. leaving the door more out-of-adjustment than before . After conversation with the Sales and Office staff, the Installer came out again and made the proper adjustment to the door to our satisfaction. During the entire process, we were confident from our experience with Brenda Fielder and her team, that we would be able to satisfactorily resolve the installation issue with the French Doors, which we did. We are very pleased with the ultimate outcome and would highly recommend them as a company. The quality of the products they provide are excellent and their commitment to customer satisfaction is wonderful.

I can't say enough good about our experience. We dealt with Brenda, who is cheerful, knowledgable, and responsive. She always responded quickly when we called and always had the right answers. During our initial consult, it was clear she had extensive knowledge about the products her company sells. She took the time to discuss a variety of possibilities for our needs and helped us make a final selection. She has a good eye for color too, as I would expect given how long she has been doing this. Midsouth Exteriors was one of three remodeling companies with which we spoke and they all came in at nearly the same cost. There was a slight delay in starting our house due to unforeseen circumstances, but Brenda remained in touch and kept us informed. The crew who did the installation are top-notch. They accomplished the whole job within the time we were told and the quality of their work is beyond reproach. Every seam, joint, placement, etc. was installed with a high degree of precision. I was never able to be home when the install crew were on site, but my wife was and she described them as pleasant and professional. The finished job exceeded our expectations. We're in love with our house again! The product and color selections we made were perfect, but knowing that it was all properly installed with what seems to be a lot of care makes us comfortable that our home's exterior will remain beautiful for decades to come. I hope to recommend Midsouth Exteriors (and Brenda) to anyone I encounter who needs siding work done.

They were terrific. We absolutely love the windows. We called them once for a minor question and they handled it promptly. We were very happy with them. Their price was excellent. We would absolutely use them again.

I can't recommend this company enough! They were wonderful. Our home sits on a hill and receives a lot of weathering as result. We had several completely rotten window frames that needed to be replaced. In addition, the siding had holes and other issues. Both items were original to the home which was constructed in the late 1980's. We contacted three companies for estimates. Mid-South responded to our request promptly. Their salesman was prompt and courteous. He answered all our questions and provided us with all the materials that we needed to review and help make our decision. He even encouraged us to get other bids and compare them to Mid-South. Neither of the other companies had materials to leave for us to compare. And one company wanted us to make a decision to buy right on the spot! I would have gone with Mid-South based on their business practices alone, but they were able to complete both projects with one set of installers and at the best price. The installers work exclusively for Mid-South instead of being contractors. The installers were courteous and went above and beyond in correcting issues as they would find them during their installation and did so at no extra cost! They cleaned up daily and we've had no issues with debris at all during the process. Mid-South provided the best service at the best price and they are great people to work with. You will not be disappointed in choosing this company!

They did a great job. They came out and gave me an estimate and scheduled an appointment. We were not at home when they came and they got the job completed. It was an easy process and they called me back to inform.

They are very prompt and very fair and they do good work. They are excellent. They don't dilly dally around and say they'll be back and never come. They tell you when they are going to be here and they are here. They do their job and they go home. They really stick to their word. The vinyl sidings cost me $6761 and the windows cost me $2400 for 7 windows. Their representative, whose name I can't recall, was very nice. He doesn't try to sell you something that you don't want. I said I needed vinyl sidings and that's all we talked about. He didn't try to sell me anything else or try to up his commission if he gets one, I don't know. They were very good and easy to communicate. They were supposed to have put insulation between the old siding and the new, but they hadn't. So I went out and said that they had to put the insulation and the guy looked and he did not see that it was supposed to have been done. They came back the next day, took all the siding off and started all over again with no extra charge and they didn't jump up and down. They don't do anything interior, they are strictly into exterior.

Mid South Exteriors showed up within two days of us calling them. They worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. The installation went very smoothly, and they were done in no time.
