I took my laptop in for a free inspection after it quit working. They tested it while I waited and said I needed a new hard drive. They replaced it quickly and I picked it up the next day which was a Friday. It worked fine for a little while and then quit working again. I took it back in on Monday and they said since it was an older laptop it was possible that the connections in different parts of the computer had stopped being tight. They kept it overnight again and fixed it. They did not charge me anything extra for the second visit and it's been working beautifully for the last two weeks. I will definitely go back to them again if I ever need any computer work done.
Description of Work: Replaced faulty hard drive and fixed loose connections.
