They were very nice to deal with and did exactly what we needed. We took our vacuum in for repair and they fixed it within a few days (approximately 3).
Description of Work: They fixed our Dyson, it was having a suction problem. It now works better than ever.

Well, it went pretty good. The gentleman waiting on me was very friendly and seemed to be very knowledgeable. Although, I didn't receive a phone call in two days like I was told, they did call me back and was very friendly. Unfortunately, they believe it was the circuit board and they were unable to help. He suggested that I contact a supplier that services the type of central vac I have. I was not charged for him to look at it.
Description of Work: Our central vac unit quit working. Contacted McCallister's and they said they would take a look at it free of charge. Dropped off the central vac unit to determine what was wrong.
