Sold me $2300 upgrade to my existing a/c unit in Nov 2018. In April of 2019, told me I needed a new AC at a cost of 8k. I complained to the tech, who was the same tech that sold me the upgrade in November. He had a manager call me who left me a message but never called me back. I feel like I was being scammed by the tech who obviously makes commissions on his sales. By way, my unit is still working 9 months later.

They never showed up to complete the scheduled work. The office called and told me they were running a little behind. They never showed up. I called several times and no one returned my calls. Very unprofessional.
