Sold me $2300 upgrade to my existing a/c unit in Nov 2018. In April of 2019, told me I needed a new AC at a cost of 8k. I complained to the tech, who was the same tech that sold me the upgrade in November. He had a manager call me who left me a message but never called me back. I feel like I was being scammed by the tech who obviously makes commissions on his sales. By way, my unit is still working 9 months later.

Awful awful awful. I called about a clogged drain and installing a dishwasher. I was told they could do it. When the plumber showed up he not only didn’t install the dishwasher he didn’t fix the clog. All I got was an estimate and a service fee charge. Never use this company. Oh yea. The estimate for installing the dishwasher and fixing the clog was over $500. Ridiculous.

Plumber had to call for help. He seemed to have trouble with his pipe-cleaning equipment. Did not restore front shrub bed after digging for outside drain trap. Had to call a second plumbing company the next day to come and do the same work.

He put in a system to reduce calcium and give us hot water faster

The electrician seemed to be very knowledgeable and was very helpful.

The tech was very professional, wore shoes covers without being asked, dust mopped the hardwood after the ladder left desk and was very polite. I would hire the company again and ask for Andy!!

I had Todd Santana and his help for plumbing. They were more than generous with their service, both in competency and pleasantness. I also appreciated their cleanup afterwards. I would be willing to recommend them to anyone who asks about plumbing service.

Very expensive for fixing a tear in the ductwork, but I used them anyway due to needing it done quickly. $900 +
