+ -1 moreWe pay eighty dollars a service call for them to come out and service it. They have great weekend service as well as after normal business hour service. My only problem is during regular hours they are a little slow in getting to you. I think they put more importance on there commercial customers over there residential customers.
Description of Work: Maynard comes out at least twice a year to service our heating and air unit. They come out in the spring and fall to make sure everything is running good, for my 2,300 square foot home.

+ -1 moreThey were the ones who originally installed the system and they are OK. There has only been one thing that we have been unhappy about. One time when they were out, I asked them to look underneath the house to make sure the venting was properly attached because our electric bill that month was unusually high. The serviceman failed to look underneath the house, but he told me that he did. I did complain to the company and they sent someone back out who realized that the venting was all pulled loose, so they replaced all of it. Otherwise, we have been satisfied with this company.
Description of Work: They do the routine maintenance on our heating and air conditioning system twice a year. They inspect it to make sure everything is working properly and they also change the filters. We have a 2,000 square foot house.
