+ -1 moreMaster Restoration did remove the trees from my property. I gave them the insurance check in June for this work and for the yard restoration. I should have kept the check until the yard work was done.
Description of Work: Master Restoration was landscape my yard that was damage from the tornado on 27 Apr 11. They have done nothing and it is 6 Oct 11. I can not even get them to return my phone calls. I have left at least ten messages. I have called twice today and the voicemail is full and will not accept any message.

+ -1 moreI had a tornado damage done in the spring. They basically do remodeling but in my case they only did tree work after the storm. The storm was in April so it was May that I used them. They were terrible. They were slow in what they did. They were overpriced even though my insurance company covered it. They promised me to do some work that they have not done yet. Trying to get them to answer telephone calls is very difficult. They just provide terrible service. I suggest everyone to stay away from them and not to use them. They have not returned my call yet though I've called him twice about the matter.
Description of Work: Master Restoration Group LLC came out and removed nine or ten trees that were down in my property after the storm.
