He came and ?fixed? my problem right away. Told me if I had any issues to let him know. Two weeks later I have an issue and he will not come back. Said I should hire someone else. Very disappointed.

The Mata Masons began work the day after being contracted and completed the work on a repair of both my stone retaining wall and brick house siding that same day. They demonstrated professionalism and skill. We are very impressed with their abilities and service.

the company seems to be very knowledgeable when we asked description to be done, but the job was insufficient even they have materials, they damage the wall with an special paint.

They arrived on time and repaired the drywall, but they only painted the affected areas, which left the walls looking shabby after the work was completed. The kitchen cabinet was repaired but only received one coat of paint and was poorly caulked. I had to hire another professional to paint the walls and kitchen cabinets.

He's exceptionally well versed in pre WWII masonry. Super timely and punctual.

My chimney cap needed to be repaired/replaced and I hired Mata. He went over everything that was needed. He was upfront and professional. Later, I had another company come out to sweep and inspect my chimney. They found brick pieces and other debris left on my roof. The materials used were cheap and not fastened securely to the chimney. A piece of wood was left in my yard where a vehicle was stuck and there was damage done to the yard. All the chimney work completed by Mata, apart from the exterior pressure washing, had to be redone by the new company.

They came out right away fixed the job and completed on time. Gave me a great price. They repaired my chimney .

Agustin, The owner was quick to come out to give me an estimate. Once all the material arrived, the job was performed and completed in one day. He went above and beyond my expectations. Price was reasonable and the cleanup was exceptional. Definitely will hire him again in the future.

Unfortunately, the quality of the flagstone installed on our porch was quite poor. When the time came to inspect the work and pay, our porch was very dusty and a bit hard to really assess the job. In retrospect, we should have insisted the clean-up was part of the deliverable, but we did not and we paid them. Our fault. Then, after cleaning it off we could really see the poor quality (messy grout joint between paver stones, very rough - will catch dirt forever, seemed they used small scrap stones to save money with huge gobs of grout, overall very unsightly). We tried to tell them we were dissatisfied, but the secretary basically just ran interference and when we asked to talk to the owner, we got no response. Investigating remedies, but wanted to share in the hope that others would not have the deal with the miserable result we got.

Willing to talk thru the repairs in advance. Knowledgeable about their craft.
