Wonderfully. Benjamin is extremely thorough. He explained his observations, answered questions fully and patiently. He provided an exhaustive report. I had a couple of follow up questions and he returned my calls promptly. There was some confusion about a septic inspection that had affected his fee. He had overcharged, but told me about the error and its reason and immediately sent me the refund. His inspection includes radon and termite testing, so his fee may be higher than those charged by other inspectors, but you're getting a package deal. He did add an additional charge of $140 for coming down to Murfreesboro. The cost was completely worth it. The cost of service here doesn't include the additional charge.

I called Magnolia Property Consultants for insight on the potential foundation problems of our new house. The receptionist was polite and helpful and scheduled an appointment for the next day (I was so thankful for the expediency!). When Benjamin arrived (on time) he was quick to figure out that we needed the opinion of a structural engineer rather than an inspector. He gave us his opinion, a helpful referral, and refunded our money. What more could you ask for!? I don't often come across people who courteous, professional, fair, decisive, and competent - but Benjamin of Magnolia Property Consultants is all of those things. I highly recommend his services.
