Very professional and easy to work with. Knowledgeable about carpet providing suggestions on keeping it clean and areas to keep an eye on. Would definitely recommend them.
Description of Work: Cleaned 3 bedrooms with walk-in closets and bonus room over the garage.

See above. Don't believe them when they say the floor is acclimating as the cause of the noise and that it will settle down as the cause for the unevenness. Make sure they protect vents, floor, etc. Should have done wood floor after tile work. When confronted over anything, they will say it is your fault.
Description of Work: Contracted to remove carpet and wood flooring then install tile and bamboo flooring. Tile grout work had to be redone. Wood floor was installed with the wrong underlayment per manufacturer. They have refused to remove bamboo wood floor and install correct underlayment. Floor makes a horrible noise and is uneven. Also, they have left behind grit from the grout redo embedded in the floor so as it now must be steam cleaned to correct. They became very defensive and loud when confronted.
