+ -1 moreIt took two visits, but the problem is to be solved. The problem was somewhat subtle and suggested a battery replacement. They charged for the battery, not for the labor. When this didn't solve the random power outage, they took it again for further diagnostics. That solved the problem, and they didn't charge for the second visit, even though I thought they should have.
