We paid thousands of dollars for the installation of a gas fireplace. After installation, we noticed a strong gas smell throughout the house. We asked Mark to take a look at the problem, but he has refused. He has now blocked my number. There isn't much I am able to do at this point having paid for the installation, but I hope his bad business practices catch up to him.
