Dr Loden had one of his associates do follow-up. He did not have time to check it himself.

Description of Work: They told me after a free and very thorough examination that I am not a candidate for iLasik. Loden's seems far more expense then the other vision centers that I checked, and they do not take any form of insurance, but they do have the latest technology. So. . . if you do have the money, and since your eyes are very important, I would say check with them first, then see how other vision centers compare after your free examination.

Description of Work: Removal of a cataract on my wife's right eye. Dr. Loden himself seemed a cordial enough of a fellow, and the operation to remove the cataract worked well, improved her vision. HOWEVER, had she and I known beforehand of the TOTAL cost - of hidden fees and flat out falsehoods - we'd chosen someone else. The office staff was rude and inconsiderate, as if you were interrupting their day, and the billing department was far worse than them. On a scale of 1 to 10, for overall experience, I believe I'm being generous by giving a 2, and I would not recommend the Loden eye center to anyone at anytime.

I like everything about him. First and foremost is his depth of knowledge and experience. He is the best at what he does in my opinion. He has an extremely high level of success on what he does. Everything is just top notch.
Description of Work: Dr. James Loden is my eye doctor. I had LASIK surgery done by him. I go to him every 6 months for a follow up checkup.

She was very happy with them. Dr. Doherty was very good and kind. She got very good care. He was very attentive. They were very professional. We were very happy with the experience. The wait was very good and I don’t remember for having to wait very long.
Description of Work: My mother used Dr. Doherty for a cataract eye surgery.

I'm new to the area but knew I wanted to get lasik as soon as I was deemed appropriate from my eye doctor. I went for my yearly exam and was told I definitely could proceed with the surgery. I then asked for a recommendation and he recommended Dr. Loden. My insurance company offered discounts to other providers but I went with Dr. Loden since he came highly recommended. I have perfect vision after wearing glasses since second grade. My eyes are still a bit dry requiring eye drops 1-2 times daily which I've been told should resolve soon. I still would have the surgery again and I'm enjoying the progress!

It's like an eye surgery factory there.
Description of Work: Cataract surgery for my husband. He went in with some vision, and after surgery he had cloudy vision and a gritty feel on his eye. Doctor told us surgery was a success. He was an arrogant man. We wish we'd never gone to him.

I don't see him when I go in for a yearly check up but he is the one that removed my cataract and I did see him here for a follow up on that. I go to the center in Rivergate parkway. It is a little hard to get in to see him but they call me once a year and setup the date. Since it is just a check up they call me and set it up but I can't say about the availability if we have a problem as I never had that.
Description of Work: I go to Loden Vision Centers. My eye doctor is Dr. Loden. I've had cataracts on both my eyes that he has removed.

I give him all a's. It was easy to get an appointment there. We didn't have to wait long once in the office. Everyone there was sweet. He knew just what to give my husband to clear up his problem.
