locksmith
+ -1 moreThis locksmith was called to help my daughter in a semi-emergency situation. She spoke to them and I did as well. The woman on the phone was inexcusably rude and unprofessional. She cancelled the service call after my daughter called to give them directions and claimed that my daughter was the one to make the cancellation which was blatantly untrue. In her words, "It was going to be inconvenient for us anyway." She hung up on both my daughter and I and refused to even let us speak. I have no idea how they expect to stay in business with this lack of customer service. Either the receptionist needs to be fired or the company needs to be shut down. I have never been treated so poorly in my life.
