Limitless Lawn Service

I purchased a Groupon for three hours of tree services from Limitless Lawn. I then called them several times to schedule. No reply. After I sent them several emails, they finally responded by referring me to an online form that I needed to fill out to begin the scheduling process. I filled out the form, and after serveral days of hearing nothing from them, I emailed asking for an update. This was in June, and they responded that they had scheduled me for September 3rd, which was also Labor Day. I requested clarification, to make sure that they were actually working on the holiday. No reponse. Several days before they were scheduled to perform my tree service, I emailed again to make sure they were coming. No reponse. I emailed again the next day. No response. I then reported the problem to Groupon, and Groupon contacted Limitless Lawn asking them to get in touch with me. No response. Groupon then refunded my money.

I purchased a LivingSocial Deal to have Limitless Lawn mow my yard 6 times for $99. It took me emailing them twice (because they NEVER answer the phone or return messages) to get any response. At that time I was promised someone would be out to mow my yard that coming Friday 6/29. No one ever came. Over the 29 days, I emailed them three different times requesting the work be done or they issue a refund. They never responded. I finally contacted LivingSocial. They are refunding my money. I would not recommend this company AT ALL!
