Lillian was extremely friendly, communicative of arrival time and expectations, professional, and did a wonderful job taking down some difficult wallpaper in our home. She did a wonderful job, and there is no question at all about whether or not we'd use her again in the future to take down more wallpaper, or any other of the services she offers. She was fantastic to deal with and we'll be sure to call her again for a fair price and a job well done.

Overall it was a pretty good experience . I was a little disappointed that the night before Lillian told me that travel time was included in the eight hours I had hired her for. I think that should have been told up front not the night before. Also she did a pretty good job of removing the paper but the walls were not painter ready when she left. I thought maybe I had misunderstood the deal so I went back and looked at the ad. It said wallpaper removed and walls prepped and painter ready. I spent at least 2 hours scrubbing down the walls to get the residue off and bits of paper that were still on the wall. There was spackling to be done where bits of drywall came off. So the walls were not ready to be painted but needing more work. I think the description is a little misleading. But that said Lillian was prompt, worked quickly and was very friendly. I was pretty satisfied with the work just disappointed that the deal was not exactly as described. I did purchase an 8 hour deal NOT a 4 hour deal as stated by the provider. There was no mystery under the wallpaper, the walls had been primed and there was only one layer of paper. But I appreciate the fact that her deals will be more clear. But I am disappointed that the response was not totally truthful in the fact that Lillian stated I only brought a 4 hour deal when in fact I brought an 8 hour deal.

She was very good. She was prompt and cleaned up afterwards. I would use her services again if needed.

Used Angies List $99 offer to remove wall paper. Although rate was for 4 hours, took only half the time. Wall paper was 25 years old, and it was removed without the usual damage I committed in my earlier efforts to remove wall paper throughout the house. Would use again.

I felt that Lillian should have advised me she needed to complete one room prior to starting another - I know the rooms were difficult but now I have 2 incomplete rooms and am going to have to spend alot more money and time to get everything done.

Very easy to reach and communicate with. She is savvy with computer technology, sending helpful links in our search for wallpapers. Hard-working and trustworthy (we left a key for her)...though finishing the job to completion took longer than we anticipated because she had other demanding jobs that took her away from ours. That said, she was picky, picky, picky about her work, and after it was all over she asked if it was alright to re-do a portion of the wall because she wasn't happy with how it looked -- and it looked just fine to us! Overall, a very pleasant person to work with. I would hire her again in a second.

IT WENT VERY WELL. IT WAS DONE IN A TIMELY FASHION AND PROFESSIONALLY.

I found her on Angie's List. We did things piece meal until we were able to afford them. Excellent. She did wall paper in three different bathrooms. In part of her work she ended up cleaning up mistakes that other vendors have made. She could also do painting. Everything was just perfect. She is very creative, and has excellent design instincts. She gave me excellent feedback on what we already have.

She showed up and got straight to work removing what I would say was very stubborn wallpaper from the kitchen, breakfast nook and master bathroom. Covered and/or removed items to protect them and when she finished a room all tools and debris were removed before starting another room. Very friendly and courteous she answered all of my questions and even let me look at samples she had in her van for ideas. Her vast experience definitely came through and her knowledge of new products was exciting to me adding to my list of ideas for our kitchen and master bath remodel.

Lillian contacted us the next day after we bought the deal to arrange an appointment. She was there punctually and is obviously a pro at wallpaper removal(and probably wallpapering). The walls were nicely prepared for painting, and she offered several good suggestions to my wife about further decorating the kitchen. She also does interior painting. Very positive experience.

She completed the job when she said she would. The fee was exactly what she said it would be. She tidied up and put everything back the way it was supposed to be. I would highly recommend her and would use her again.

Lillian wallpapered our master bathroom, guest suite bathroom, and an upstairs powder room, as well as painting the ceilings, and the water closet in our master bathroom. We already had the wallpaper, and discovered that despite asking for extra from the people who sold us the wallpaper, they shorted us on the paper for the master bathroom by so much yardage that we didn't have enough to paper the water closet. Despite this obstacle, Lillian did an outstanding job when installing the master bathroom paper, which required extensive pattern matching. She literally used every last scrap, and you cannot find the places where she had to piece tiny pieces of paper to complete the job. I have had a number of wallpaper installations over the years, and never had the pleasure of working with someone as talented and capable as Lillian. She is thorough, and takes the time to do all of the right preparation in sizing the walls, sanding them, and even was able to do some minor dry wall and ceiling repairs that were needed. She has all of the technical engineering skills to address any aspect of wall preparation. She also has an excellent eye for design, a rare combination in an artist of her caliber. The paint color she chose for the ceilings and water closet was exactly what I pictured in my head, except that I couldn't have selected such a close match, but she could. She is always on time, professional in every aspect, from execution to clean up. She is also simply a joy to work with. She has a real passion for the business and it shows. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone. And recommendations are not something that I take lightly. I would be happy to submit photos when we complete the fabric portion of these projects, so that subscribers can truly see the overall impact of her work.

I recommended her to a client. I didn't actually pay her for the work, though I called her initially. I thought she was very professional and helpful. The wallpaper was a natural fabric, so it wasn't perfect like a vinyl wallpaper would be. When a question came up about the wallpaper, she was very helpful. She tried to make sure the client was happy with it. Her professionalism and knowledge were excellent. The client didn't complain about her punctuality. I thought the pricing was also fine. The client didn't say anything about the price being out of whack. I would recommend her. I think she has a lot of experience.

Contacted Ms. Lillian for a quote over the telephone which she provided based on my description of the job. Mentioned I'd seen a discount coupon online for her services and she was very agreeable to accepting it. Made a date for just over a week later for her to come to our home to install a large wallpaper mural in my son's room. Ms. Lillian came to our home ready to get to work; she was confident and professional and very pleasant to deal with. She had a lot of experience with murals and in fact knew the manufacturer of the mural I'd purchased. She was thorough when prepping the walls and as she began to hang the paper it was clear she was in her element. Her seams are beautiful and I was very impressed with the quality of her work. The mural looks fabulous and Ms. Lillian was a pleasure to have in our home. The workspace was completely cleared when she was finished and you wouldn't have known she was here except for the lovely artwork she left behind. I would happily recommend Ms. Lillian to anyone looking to hire a professional wallpaper hanger and I'm looking forward to having her back soon to hang more wallpaper!
