Description of Work: After having several conversations with Lillian I felt as though I already knew her. She came into my house, and after a short conversation about what I wanted, she took off like a whirlwind and she did not stop until she was finished. Even after driving three hours from her last job. She is extremely professional, personable, friendly, courteous and anxious to please. Gave suggestions and recommendations when I asked. I am amazed at the perfect and wonderful job she did papering and repairing my CENTURIES OLD wallpaper. I live in a 150+ year old colonial home which was in much need of love and attention and she complied 100 percent. Lillian, thank you so much for everything. My home thanks you. My family thanks you. I have your number. I will be calling again, soon.

Description of Work: Lillian has apparently had some health issues and has been unable to meet her service dates. In August I scheduled an appt for mid-Oct to have wallpaper removal done. The org appt was for Oct 24, 2012. In late Sept I contacted her to re-confirm the date. She moved the date to Oct 15.When i had not heard from her on Oct 12 contacted her and she said she was unable to meet the date due to health reasons. I agreed to wait until Nov 1 to give her time to get well. Today is Nov 8 and I have yet to hear from her regarding the service.

Description of Work: She responded to the ad which was $99.00 for the first decor service. She came to my house on time, made a few commecnts and some suggestions. She looked around. When I got out my checkbook, I said, '$99.00' right? She said no, that had expired. I knew that was not true. Rather than argue, I paid the $200.00 she quoted. I called her 2.5 weeks later to ask for the wriiten follow up she promised. She claimed to have already sent it to my email, untrue, and then sent a report of sorts. I was disappointed. A decorator was the reason I joined Angie's list.

Description of Work: Lillian removed wallpaper in one room and then installed wallpaper in three rooms. She is very conscientious and meticulous in her work. She is also very reliable and dependable. All of these qualities make for a smooth and worry free engagement.

Description of Work: They gave me an estimate. She was lovely, but pricey. She was very prompt and she was very attentive to my needs. She seemed to be well qualified and knowledgeable about what she does. But I decided to go with someone I had used before for a cheaper price.

Description of Work: This was a repair that our pet had done to the wallpaper in the entry way and on our stairwell. Amazing job matching up design, especially since we had litterally found only half a roll of existing paper in the basement. Was able to work with our paper (no waste) and even left a bit to try to match in the future. Wonderful to work with.

Description of Work: I wanted to have our dining room wallpapered with a chair rail and paint below the rail. Not only did Lillian do an outstanding job of wallpapering (I have those pesky Palladian windows), she was able to recommend someone to install the chair rail. All this was completed in three days from start to finish with a minimum of disruption to the household. She is a true perfectionist with an eye to detail and the smallest "imperfection" will catch her eye and be immediately corrected. She cleaned up all debris from project and left the room in good order. I highly recommend Lillian's Interiors to those of you who want the job done right!!
